“Not worth the £209 paid. Never got a confirmation email when the order was made, and still struggling to get one now. Their responses to my requests have been nonsensical. Luckily the actual supplier of tool shed was more efficient and confirmed when the shed would be delivered and it was. Unfortunately the sense of alignment whoever built the panels for tool shed was out and there was gaps in the shiplap. Also there use of the nail gun was all over the place and the bottom panels on both sides were broken. Required a bit of fettling to make a decent tool shed out of what was supplied...”

“i purchased a shed on 19 May 2020 order number S-00116090. on 21 May i rang to change the deliveery to 2 June but nooone answers my email or telephone calls”

“Firstly, I opted to use my own experienced builders to put the Log Cabin together due to the extortionate prices Sheds.co.uk were charging. From day 1, the builders struggled to understand the instructions which were provided by this particular company, one of which had spent many years designing build instructions for various other companies. The instructions had mistakes throughout, including using parts which were not provided or listed on the ‘parts’ page but we’re shown on the schematics. A ridiculously high amount of the materials were damaged, cut too short, boards for the roof were cut to different widths causing a major issue, some of which even had holes throughout, these are to name a few of the issues. This product is of such low quality, the builders were amazed at how much I had paid for it! I tried over 20 times to call the company but was cut off every time, however I did manage to get through on my final attempt, spoke to a gentleman who had no clue about anything, who promised me a call back, which never happened! I sent email after email including pictures of the problems to which the company responded by asking me for part numbers.. pointless as the instructions were wrong! Really low quality, damaged materials, really bad customer aftercare. This is still ongoing for me, I’d advise you look elsewhere otherwise this could be you! Disgusted with this company and will be pursuing Legal action if nothing is done in the very near future to resolve my issues. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY!”

“Do not trust/buy from them!!! We placed an order 6 weeks ago and have not heard anything from sheds.co.uk, they are obviously not coping during the pandemic. We complain via email and no one responds with an answer/ we can’t get a refund! Go somewhere else.”

“Initially a 4 week wait for delivery, which is understandable under the current circumstances, but after reporting that a part is missing, I was told I have to wait at least a further 3 weeks for it to be delivered! It is now over 2 weeks and still no response with a delivery date. Very poor service”

“No pride taken when she'd was built nails half hanging out feather edge boards not lapping each other properly so will probably leak some of boards split because multiple nails used to fix it after wood split so instead of changing board just kept nailing away and I've had to screw frame together in places were nails were missed or not there and the felt that was sent was that cheap ripped when I would pick it up”

“The customer service is unbelievably poor. The products are shoddy and badly put together, however on the plus side they are cheap. Customer services are appalling. We have been waiting for a shed to be returned for over a month. They are refusing to refund the money owed. A terrible company stay clear!!”

“The shed is falling apart already and we have barely used it within these last 6 months. The door has slowly receded downwards and the wooden planks have already cracked. There are gaps on the sides even though it is supposed to be tongue and groove and the wood weather resistant. When the first signs of deterioration were noticed the customer service representative said it was normal for the wood to behave this way, which is utterly preposterous for an £800 shed. Also, let's not forget the fact that they send the installation team on the wrong day and it was purely by accident that I was not at work. One of the guys also had the nerve to complain that the parking was not free (reason why we specifically asked for a Saturday delivery & installation).”

“Ordered on 5 May still no confirmation of order let alone delivery - have asked for a refund. I have emailed at least 6 times, still no answer, only a holding email every time - NOT HAPPY! Shocking customer service, I know in the current situation things are difficult but a simple email goes a long way - customers just need to know the situation, silence is not golden!”

“Firstly I wouldn’t give any stars if I could!! My shed got delivered to my parents house in March as it was meant to be for my beauty room. I paid (£394) for their installation team to come and put it up. Once they had finished I was completely shocked at the state of the flooring, there was mud everywhere and it had stained - with them replying ‘I would just put some flooring down’ Which I was NOT planning to do. 1 week later, i went in to try and clean the flooring myself and found there had been a leak through the roof and was dripping on my furnishing that I had stored in there. Now lockdown has been lifted slightly, I went back to start decorating it and try to sort the flooring out myself, to find the shed had completely spread and the two front doors were not even together, even when the lock is turned, you can open it. Furthermore, the nails that they screwed in to hold the shed together, aren’t even screwed into the wood! It is now the 21st May and I’m still trying to get hold of them to come and take this shed away and to get my money back. Do not buy from this company!!! ps - I will be taking this further”

“Shed that was delivered was of poor quality even to my untrained eye. Nails sticking out, whole boards bent, poor wood quality and looked egg-shell fragile. When we got an expert to discuss the base he couldn’t believe we had paid over £600 for such a poor product. Very poor customer service - staff don’t seem to want to speak. Just avoid.”

“The shed I bought came minus a roof and was told it would take. 3 weeks to get the parts. I went to a timber merchant and bought what was needed. Once I built it it was awful, such poor quality of build and materials. Considering I paid more than £350 and could have bought a tongue and groove for that cost. There are splits and holes all over the panels. Don’t buy from this company”

“Zero 'customer service'! I've not heard anything since ordering my shed! I've emailed repeatedly and made about 20 unsuccessful phone call attempts. In line with their lead time delivery, I should be receiving my shed tomorrow, however clearly that is not going to happen. Their website claims that they are still delivering on time however this is not the case. They have almost £600 of my money yet are not contacting me nor responding to me to find out when it will be delivered. Clearly I am not able to judge the actual side as I don't have it! Come on Sheds.co.uk, be fair!”

“HELP!! I ordered a greenhouse on 27th April 2020, and I am still waiting. I understand the situation at the moment, but the lack of communication from this place in absolutely discusting. They are quick enough to take your money. I have sent several emails over the weeks, and had one response from Gemma saying she was going to check the whereabouts of my order. Not sure how far she has to travel to do this, but again have had no response (this was 2 weeks ago). I have also requested a full refund, but again no response. On their website it says they are still taking orders and still delivering, well clearly NOT!! Also note that they dont even reply to any of these reviews, I wonder why? STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE, THEY ARE A LOAD OF SHARKS!!!! If I could rate this company zero, then I would”

“8 weeks after ordering I still have no summer house, no delivery date and no order confirmation!!! Customer services is awful and just fob you off with automated responses or hang the phone up on you. I would never buy from here again. Avoid at all cost, they only care about taking your money.”

“Ordered a shed and shelving unit. Both were delivered quickly but shed was missing parts. Phoned customer service who weren't very helpful and said to email instead. Emailed and they said they were just middle men and they had to contact the shed supplier. Poor (no) communication but parts arrived two weeks later from the shed manufacturer. Then went to build shelf and missing parts for that too. Emailed and no response back after 10 days. Emailed again. Won't be using them again. Shame because the shed looks good, I will just buy one from a different retailer next time.”
