“UNABLE TO GET A TIME OF DAY FOR MY DELIVERY. TRACKING SYSTEM DOES NOT WORK. ALL I HAVE IS 11TH MAY. ITS A SHAME THAT YOU CHARGE SO MUCH FOR SHED INSTALLATION AS I HAVE HAD TO SOURCE A LOCAL PERSON. ITS A CASE OF TAKE THE MONEY AND DUMP THE PALLET. I WILL HAVE TO STAY IN ALL DAY”

“What an awful awful experience. I expect not just the £300. But my money back and a free shed. Bit of advice don't ask for feedback until after you successfully deliver something. Today, Someone has just tried to deliver my shed. Despite me specifically requesting the shed be delivered Friday 1st May and this being agreed when I placed the order. The shed itself was already damaged and parts broken when the delivery vehicle arrived. It was in a vehicle too small and completely inappropriate for the size of shed. The deliveryman was incapable of unloading the shed because of the weight of the shed and the inadequacy of the delivery vehicle. Plus I was not home because it was the WRONG DAY. With that and the shed being damaged delivery was refused (but remember, no one could actually unload the damaged shed) and sent away. I had made arrangements to be home on the agreed day of delivery. I had made arrangements for help in constructing the shed. All based on the agreed delivery date. I have no shed, no idea when it will be delivered, whether it will be delivered by a competent delivery company that uses the right size of vehicle. It is abysmal customer service on every level. Currently I will not only never recommend your business but I will go out of my way to warn people not to use your business. I had one conversation with a Jason from the factory after an unhelpful conversation with a Sheds.co.uk staff member. I tried calling sheds.co.uk again at 4.45pm, the phone rang for 15 minutes. By which time the customer line closed. I am waiting to hear back from you customer service people.”

“Really disappointed. I ordered from these because it was in stock and 2-5 day delivery time. After a week I contacted them to see where my shed was, to be told it will take 3 weeks. I had booked time off work and the guys to install it.”

“Did not receive my shed. Stayed home to receive it on the delivery day and it was only when I emailed to see where it was that I got a reply to say the order was cancelled due to not delivering to the Isle of Wight, even though I'd entered my postcode and received confirmation. I still have not been refunded. I expect that is for me to chase too.”

“I ordered and paid for a metal shed. A week later I noticed that my payment had been returned without notice. I contacted sheds.co.uk and was told that the shed I had ordered had been discontinued. It would have been of help if I had been informed earlier so that I could have looked for another shed earlier.”

“They are just a handling agent. No delivery info provided as to when yo expect delivery even though the shed is order was in stock and delivery in 2-5 working days. Ordered 16th March delivered 23rd March. Only found out delivery was due because I had called them to question when it was due. Got told that day.”

“Really disappointed with the 6'x8' Apex Shed I ordered. It came in too many pieces so lacks rigidity the shiplap doesnt over lap the corners so you get exposed gaps which are supposed to be covered by battens, but because the ship lap ends arent even, the battens dont close the gaps. the supplied screws were full thread, so they dont pull the panels together witout pre drilling. Use of shiplap for the roof panels means the panels dont butt together properly and sags in the middle. I'm going to have to remake the roof using full length battens. The shiplap on adjoining panels doesn't line up. the mismatch varies from 10mm at the top to 45mm at the bottom indicating that the ship lap is of differing lengths. On some of the end panels the shiplap protrudes by different amounts. So it doesn't engage properly with the Apex panel. A little design effort and some better quality control would make this an acceptable cheap shed. Im glad i got it at sale price. had i not invested so much time and money assembling and treating it, i would have sent it back.”

“I got a garage from this company, the garage was delivered without any garage doors and the windows was missing as well, contacted them, this was a night mare as I had to chase them for any information when the rest of my garage was getting delivered, no one got back to me for a week! Every time I phoned them they said I’d get a call back that day. Still waiting on that call, I had to chase them every day for a week before I got an answer, my garage doors were delivered 5 weeks after they had delivered the original garage, got garage doors today, they delivered the wrong garage doors, now I’ll just pay for new garage doors to be made as it’s clear this company are rouge traders, there just a middle man who buys these sheds, they don’t make them the sheds, they just buy them from another company and get them to deliver to your house, AVOID!!!”

“sheds is without doubt the most incompetent deceitful company i have ever dealt with in my life Not only did the deliver the wrong product but then failed to rectify it . They then left the wrong product on my drive for weeks then refused to give me my money back.Then the stole the product off my drive and still havnt had my money .disgracefulcompany i will be suing and calling the police for theft.”

“Unfortunately I had a really unhelpful experience with this Company. My order was lost somehow and I waited in all day but the delivery never arrived. Despite my having an email confirmation and being told when I rang to check on the day of the order that everything was confirmed. To add insult to injury when I contacted them I was told that there had been a problem with their payment system, the order hadn't gone through, they were aware of this but they hadn't bothered to tell me. It did arrive eventually, a week late, but I had wasted a lot of time waiting in plus the time I had kept clear over a weekend for shed building I asked for some compensation and was offered the derisory amount of £5. Really poor service = I won't be using them again. You can't trust them”

“I cannot rate the Shed as a product. I can rate Sheds.co.uk for its contracted delivery service - one star is too generous Space Logistics were scheduled to deliver it today, and gave several time windows through their tracking software, but it never arrived. I rearranged a busy day to be at home for this delivery .... what a waste .... and what happened to customer service?”

“DO NOT BUY HOLT SHED. The Bad …Incredibly bad workmanship. The shed is not a quality product. Every panel had to be adjusted to fit ie, sawn, plained and sanded to fit. Door doesn’t fit(gaps and warped) nor did the replacement. Floor is rough sawn timber with gaps you can get your fingers in and any garden critters. Windows do not fit. In general the amount of gaps, knots, split planking and warped wood, would make a collinder more waterproof. The good… Ben has been sorting it out and has done a good job. But I feel he is trying to push water uphill. (Which your shed will be full of). Good quality roof felt. Conclusion….Propping a few pallets up and placing one on top would have resulted in a better quality shed”
