Unfortunately I had a really unhelpful experience with this Company. My order was lost somehow and I waited in all day but the delivery never arrived. Despite my having an email confirmation and being told when I rang to check on the day of the order that everything was confirmed. To add insult to injury when I contacted them I was told that there had been a problem with their payment system, the order hadn't gone through, they were aware of this but they hadn't bothered to tell me. It did arrive eventually, a week late, but I had wasted a lot of time waiting in plus the time I had kept clear over a weekend for shed building I asked for some compensation and was offered the derisory amount of £5. Really poor service = I won't be using them again. You can't trust them

I cannot rate the Shed as a product. I can rate Sheds.co.uk for its contracted delivery service - one star is too generous Space Logistics were scheduled to deliver it today, and gave several time windows through their tracking software, but it never arrived. I rearranged a busy day to be at home for this delivery .... what a waste .... and what happened to customer service?

DO NOT BUY HOLT SHED. The Bad …Incredibly bad workmanship. The shed is not a quality product. Every panel had to be adjusted to fit ie, sawn, plained and sanded to fit. Door doesn’t fit(gaps and warped) nor did the replacement. Floor is rough sawn timber with gaps you can get your fingers in and any garden critters. Windows do not fit. In general the amount of gaps, knots, split planking and warped wood, would make a collinder more waterproof. The good… Ben has been sorting it out and has done a good job. But I feel he is trying to push water uphill. (Which your shed will be full of). Good quality roof felt. Conclusion….Propping a few pallets up and placing one on top would have resulted in a better quality shed

A painful, and ongoing, experience. - Ordered a shed with pick a day. It never arrived - Rebook and still have it delivered on a different day so I can't receive it until two weeks later - Shed is shoddy quality. Split wood and parts don't fit together - Am told I cannot have a refund until after the goods are collected - A week later am told the collection will happen in two weeks - THEN I am told that my refund won't be processed for two weeks after goods are collected - The refund will still take 3-5 days after that There is no phone support. Email support is impersonal, uncaring, an insult to the clients, and deeply unhelpful.

Trust the low reviews - I wish I had!! Shed arrived damaged and with missing parts. Kerbside delivery only with no warning which is very stressful if unexpected (and when you live on a busy street in a flat). Was questioned by Sheds.co.uk and had to prove missing parts were indeed missing by sending a photo of shed before they would send the parts. Quality of finished shed is not brilliant - wouldn't recommend on basis of shed itself. Was also upsold a base I didn't need at checkout, and when I tried to return it was given a £90 return fee for an item that cost £75, so would have been out of pocket more than the cost of the item!? No offer of partial refund for the damage, quality or inconvenience as I didn't turn it away on delivery. This all went on for over a month and I just gave up in the end - I am over £800 out of pocket and entirely dissatisfied. Only redeeming feature was the third party delivery man who was so kind when he told me it was kerbside delivery only.

Sheds.co.uk dont actually produce the shed so i cant really comment on the shed itself but the order process was simple and easy

cheap enough, the lack of a tracking link that makes you then fill in an enquiry form to find out when your delivery is going to be isn't very helpful

Shed itself was of good quality.l and initial service regarding scheduling of the delivery was good. However, on day of delivery the driver drove his vehicle directly into my fence, damaging it. Further the driver never apologised for his error and took a stance that it was the road’s fault he drove into the fence (I kid you not). Took a reasonable position that accidents happens and raised the matter with Sixty Stores Customer Service (sheds.co.uk actually company) as it was their liability because my contract is with them. After initially confirming they would resolve the matter on four occasions by phone, and that liability resides with them as the party I was contracted to, the handling of the issue was subsequently exceptionally poor after I submitted email with evidence of damage etc. Sixty adopted a position of ‘no proof damage caused by vehicle’ in writing by email, despite video evidence shared and acceptance of liability by manufacturer conducting the delivery. The implication being no liability (false) and a poor attempt to wash their hands of the matter. They offered a goodwill gesture equating to 25% of the cost of repair which I rejected along with their position and advised I would be seeking resolution by insurance / legal process. Now I have to resolve this matter via a drawn out process, which I would have started earlier if this was the approach that Sixty agreed with me. This unexpected change in Sixty’s stance now results in a process that both the manufacturer (Woodlands Group) and Sixty had stated they wished to avoid in the first place. Sixty are clearly a company that lacks the kind of values I would expect in their handling of issues experienced by their customers, refusing to take ownership and in emails implying the issue never happened or was somehow made up… frankly shocking and unprofessional. Avoid sheds.co.uk / Sixty Stores and buy your sheds elsewhere.

I purchased a shed online. When looking at the dimensions of the shed, the height measurement was covered by a floating bullet point list and I assumed it would be a reasonable height as it was 8x6. After purchasing, I went on the link and it showed the measurement of 5"3. It's no problem as they say you can have a refund within 14 days. I have tried calling them twice, the first time I got through to someone after 40minutes and instead of resolving this over the call, he told me to email. I got a response asking for the order number, no reply. I try to call back and I can't get through to anyone after another 50mins of waiting. Absolutely ridiculous that this company is impossible to get hold of, especially when I could have just been helped on the phone earlier. I've wasted need 2 hours of my day trying to get this resolved being left on a dialing tone. 1 star experience.

paid £1675.00 for shed it was delivered and was damaged and poorly made turns out it comes from a diffrent supplier spent best part of a hour trying to contact them with the phone just ringing when someone Answered we said we want to send it back had to wait a week for them to pick it up and a week later still no contact about refund tried ringing today the phone just kept ringing for a hour again and didnt get no answer shocking service would not recomend

AVOID AVOID AVOID. POOR SERVICE EVEN WORSE PRODUCT Every panel on the shed damaged when delivered, driver didn’t call like requested and I’d expect that’s down to them knowing the shed was damaged and I’d have rejected the delivery.

I phoned Sheds.co.uk and spoke directly to a sales rep explaining our requirements. He assured me that the shed would be delivered within their standard 7 day lead time. I placed the order and paid online on the 10th of June. I subsequently received an email to say that the earliest slot for delivery is the 26th of June. This is incredibly frustrating and I am very dissappointed. I also paid for the installation service which I was told would typically be 2-3 weeks from date of delivery. I am now bracing myself for a further let down.

Less than a year since I bought the Adley shed from this company and the shed is warping and roof disintegrating. Shed was built on a base and treated as per advice. It has no moisture resistance whatever despite what the listing says. Floor is starting to rot in places. It didn’t look anywhere near as nice as the pictures in the first place but it was a shed for practical reasons so I overlooked this. Very disappointed with the quality for the price.
