“Don't buy these sheds. USELESS.far too thin and move all over the place.The floor is so thin they supply the ladder used when fitting roof went straight through in 2 places as shown in photos. And yes it was on a solid slab base. Reported to sixty stores and told it's accidental damage so can't help?? Buy elsewhere.”

“£84 had been taken out of my account for the purchase of a Loxley large cupboard, I was then told to ring Shire and arrange a delivery day. Whilst on the phone I was told this is out of stock!! Both Shire and Sheds.co.uk have then still showing 'in stock'. I requested a refund and now I have been told to write an e mail 'requesting' my refund. This is absolutely ridiculous, they were quick enough in taking my £84! shall not be dealing with this company again.”

“I'm sorry to say the quality of the materials used to make the shed is really poor. There are large splits and badly damaged panels of which I have photographic evidence. I'll have to arrange for a joiner to make good. Very disappointed.”

“Advertised a shed sale for £££'s off. Lo and behold when the sale ended this company then advertised the same shed at £35 below the previous sale price! Time to cancel the order.”

“Misleading or absent product information that you only find out from their suppliers after the purchase has been made. For instance, sheds.co.uk offer Probase as a suitable base and optional purchase with their sheds. Their supplier (Mercia) considers Probase problematic and say that they may require a disclaimer from the purchaser to waive the supplier's warranty. Although sheds.co.uk know this they don't mention it with their product information and positively encourage it by offering it as an option. That's basically dishonest.”

“WARNING.....BE CAREFUL....I ordered a shed that went mouldy in the rain. Initially when I contacted the company, they were really helpful until they decided I had made the mistake by not treating the shed. It was not clear that I had to treat the shed before painting....I wish I had known! At this point, their customer services became no existent - they ignored my e-mails asking for help and even though I phoned 3 times, they never sent the link to Trust Pilot for me to write a review. There are so many shed companies out there - I would advise finding another one!”

“Sent a different named shed that is actually cheaper than the one I purchased! Missing parts according to assembly team, that weren't missing because it's a different product. Customer service phone lines cut off before answering.”

“I ordered a shed with them because I needed a quick storage solution to empty my garage. Every part of the shed was delivered all covered in mould, making it unhealthy and impossible to use. I had to return it straight forward and delay all my project.”

“Really disappointed. You pay extra for what you think will be a decently made shed, extra for it to be already treated. This for our shed totaled £900! We firstly had to send the base back as the gaps were so large. When we got the new base it was not much better but as we went on further building the shed we realised that measurements on all the walls, roofing panels, windows are so far out that we even had to plane one side down! It is badly made, badly designed and all the panels run at different heights round the whole of the shed. I honestly would say that they can come and take it down and take it away. It looks awful and we have had much cheaper sheds that are of infinitely better quality! I think sheds.co.uk should be embarrassed to sell this product! I would not recommend purchasing this badly made product.”

“Not easy to find accessories information for the added extras. Delivery information is misleading omploes it is free to most postcodes but all of scotland isn't seemingly and staff really were not all that upfront either about this had to ask a few times as seemingly scotland is an island. Shed itself has been nothing but a nightmare. shed does not fit properly gaps in the rook base and the back wall is just terrible. we have had to pu braces to hold it together as it was bowing out and just does not look secure at all. they should be in 1 piece panels as it is far too flimzy. Communicaion and support very poor oncce orderd.”

“My order was passed on to a second seller and despite the money being drawn down, they have now told me that the shed is not available and I have to apply back to Sheds to get my refund. This is unacceptable. Sheds need to refund me immediately without me having to do something else to get my money back”

“I was very disappointed with the service from sheds.co.uk. I was in desperate need of a new shed due to existing one leaking badly, I ordered new shed with a delivery expectation of 1-2 days according to their Web page. Its been 3 days and I've now been told earliest will be Monday which will take me to nearly a week. Only comms was from me contacting company, first correspondence was today from shed.co.uk advising its been dispatched... IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN HERE TODAY!!!”
