“Order arrived with pieces broken and missing. The base arrived a few days late. I cancelled the installation (because of the delay) but was charged anyway. Unable to ever get through to ask for a refund. This is the second order in recent weeks that has been messed up. Would not recommend!”

“I placed an order 6 weeks ago. The money was taken immediately but have heard nothing since, despite many phone calls and promises to follow-up. Ticket numbers are allocated but never followed up and calls are never returned despite the over-long and pleading COVID answerphone message. Truly hopeless. Avoid!”

“Wish I could give a zero! Not happy with the delivery service. They just dumped the shed parts on my front garden! They didn’t even bother knocking or ring doorbell to let me know they were here or to check the items delivered. Now after beginning the assembly, it turns out one Of the roof sheets was not cut properly as it’s a distorted rectangle! Won’t shop here again!”

“Really disappointed with the quality of the shed, very thin, poor quality, batons for support only 1 x 1 inch wood. Fence panels came from another company and they were made with stronger wood. In future I would not be purchasing from the Internet, but after the lock down going to a place that have the sheds/summerhouses on display.”

“WARNING!!!! Do not order from this company. Ordered a shed with 7 -14 days delivery, took my money straight away, no delivery date provided, after 14 days and several emails still could not provide a delivery date. Cannot be contacted by phone. Asked for a refund and got email eventually saying that once my order was cancelled with their suppliers they would process my refund within their terms and conditions (7 - 14 days ). My contract was with them not their suppliers! !!. Still no refund or confirmation that they are going to process it. No option left but to seek alternative way of getting my money back. This company should not be allowed to trade, they are just thieves trading and advertising falsely. It is also disgraceful that they ae using covid 19 as an excuse for their incompetence.”

“Read all the reviews not just the good ones they select for their website to draw you in. Dont bother with this company, they will sell you a shed and take the money and good luck contacting them, you wont get any communications from them. Two orders of mine were cancelled, by the time its processed by Shiresgb (Main Supplier) the product is out of stock!!-spoken to Shiresgb and most of their products are, so you cant even get from them direct but these shed companies will still take your money. I paid via Paypal and got a refund straightaway, and yes they seem cheaper then other places but there is a good reason for that-theyre selling products that are out of stock!!”

“Would never order from again nothing but problems ordered a shed and bin store was ment to be 10-14 days delivery on the 10th day was contacted to say was out of stock and would be in on 25/5/20 contacted suppliers to be told they don’t know when it will be back in stock and for my bin shed was told delivery on 27/5/20 never turns up contacted the suppliers with a can’t be bothered attitude so had to contact the delivery company to be told they have no package. Never again I will stick to local suppliers from now on.”

“SHOCKING company. Placed order and money was taken the same day, 4 weeks later. NO shed, NO communication and I have been BLOCKED from messaging them on their FB page after asking for a refund. How professional. Time to escalate this further i think!”

“Thank you sheds.co.uk for looking after my money for 6 weeks. I like the way you do not communicate with the customer or answer any of their questions. The pictures of the shed look fantastic on the website. It’s a shame you could not deliver within the 6 weeks. Although it was and still is listed in stock with a 7 - 10 day delivery time. This is by far the worst company I have dealt with. Luckily I paid via PayPal making refund easier. I am sure if I paid direct it would be a different story as they don’t like to answer the phone or respond to emails. Stay clear of this company My guess is they are taking orders without the facility “Intention” to deliver in these difficult times. Also does the delivery team exist as all my unanswered messages have gone to them.”

“One star in the only option but I wouldn’t even give them that! They took our order and our money on 19th April 2920 and we have spent the last two weeks trying to call and getting cut off, emailing them and being told our order is with the delivery team. They don’t reply to questions. I managed to get a number for delivery team and they had no records of our order. They said they would check and call back but still no calls or emails Absolutely appalling customer service. I fully appreciate the COVID-19 situation but this does not affect deliveries and I think they are making excuses.”

“Terrible service. Ordered border roll 16 days ago and still not arrived. I have wasted so much time trying to get an answer by phone and email to customer services. I have asked for a refund now and still had no response. Would be quicker to get it from B&Q now they are open. Would not recommend this company due to appalling service.”

“Money taken at time of order. After 5+ weeks cannot make contact to find out why order did not appear on day was to be delivered by Tufnell or to refund if order cannot be fulfilled. Email not answered. Difficult times but this is not helpful.”

“I have not had any communication from this company as it pertains to my order. I ordered a few weeks ago and i haven't received a receipt nor any acknowledgement of my order - much less a delivery date. They took my money within a few hours I can't even get through to them on the phone, every time i call they hang up! I sent an email a week ago and i have still heard NOTHING!”

“Easy to order and delivery fine. Very accommodating delivery driver. Complicated assembly but help desk tried to accommodate but wrong piece sent so had to alter to fit. Quality is poor with big gaps in potting shed which let in water - a large quantity of sealant needed! Will view next building in person for quality before buying.”

“I ordered a shed on the 2nd of May and received no confirmation, I emailed to ask about this on the 7th of May and have heard nothing back apart from a request to provide feedback on my purchase (which hasn't been confirmed). Based on the delivery time I should be receiving my shed on the 30th of May, it now shows as out of stock. Despite all of this sheds.co.uk didn't hesitate to take payment!”
