“The order process was easy and the delivery prompt. Unfortunately no instructions were provided with the shed and so I needed to enquire a couple of times for the to arrive. In hindsight I should have paid for the shed to be built for me but I thought the build would be easier than it actually was.”

“I recently ordered a shed but then realised that the delivery date would be too far ahead. I emailed to ask if this order could be cancelled. I quickly had an emailed response, and after offering an option of other alternatives, my order was swiftly cancelled, with reimbursment due. I appreciate this being dealt with quickly and with now quibbles. Many thanks”

“Tried ordering a shed which had a free security lock but the website didn't remove the cost of the padlock from the total price. I reported this to customer services who responded within a couple of hours saying it was fixed. So I ordered the shed with the free security padlock no problem. It wasn't obvious (to me) that I could have chosen a delivery date at the checkout so I missed a trick there. Might be worth highlighting this feature more clearly.”

“I ordered a shed and plastic base on the website. I found the base pricing a little confusing trying to view on a phone screen but after an email with the sales manager he very quickly explained and all sorted. Base arrived two days after ordering along with the paint/protection coating. Shed yet to arrive day 3/4. All in all been pretty efficient so far. If the shed arrives before the weekend in good condition I'll be a totally happy customer!”

“Delivery was very quick four days from order. The delivery driver was very helpful. He used the forklift to move the pallet to the position on my drive and gave me tips on how to safely unpack the pallet. This was far more than he was obliged to do.”

“Website great fast delivery. 2 disappointments no1 packaging would have better flat packed instead shipped upright with loads of screws screwed into panels leaving holes when removed and damage splits to some of the panels. No2 Packing list and names of items bears no resemblance to some of the parts. Tried to phone company for over half an hour with no answer!”
