“Sheds uk, okay. The product I bought Trentval 6x4 metal shed, extremely disappointing and poor quality. Hundreds of parts, sharp edges, holes that do not align. Would avoid buying this in my opinion if I had seen it in person”

“The shed arrived on time was just as we expected and was obviously made from good quality wood, it's gone together really well and so far is doing great, should give years of service, without any problems.”

“Decided to order the shed over the phone spoke to a gentleman called jack very helpful and arranged a delivery date to which was to my satisfaction. On the day of delivery they gave me a 2hr slot. Just one fault it came on a flat back truck and which was open to the weather the shed was soaking wet.having to store inside wait for it to dry now before I can treat it against the weather”

“One amazing positive our delivery driver was brilliant. We are pleased with the quality of the shed now it's built. However, there are one or two things you might need to know in feedback. Instructions are very difficult to follow and are not clear. The roof felting was so thin and of poor quality, it tore when trying to fit it. Had to purchase extra and of a better quality to ensure the roof was protected.”

“Yet to receive the shed i have purchased, but so fsr the process has veen reasonably simple. That said, I have decided I would like to add thr suport brams for the floor to my order, but i cant work out how to do this without calling.”

“the shed is great, annoying that they couldn't build it for me due to insurance, but I had so many questions for their customer phone number and they answered with patience and understanding, were super helpful. another thing though is they forgot to ship part of the lock for the shed, but were able to fix that mistake quickly. overall good experience :)”

“The order process was easy and the delivery prompt. Unfortunately no instructions were provided with the shed and so I needed to enquire a couple of times for the to arrive. In hindsight I should have paid for the shed to be built for me but I thought the build would be easier than it actually was.”

“I recently ordered a shed but then realised that the delivery date would be too far ahead. I emailed to ask if this order could be cancelled. I quickly had an emailed response, and after offering an option of other alternatives, my order was swiftly cancelled, with reimbursment due. I appreciate this being dealt with quickly and with now quibbles. Many thanks”

“Tried ordering a shed which had a free security lock but the website didn't remove the cost of the padlock from the total price. I reported this to customer services who responded within a couple of hours saying it was fixed. So I ordered the shed with the free security padlock no problem. It wasn't obvious (to me) that I could have chosen a delivery date at the checkout so I missed a trick there. Might be worth highlighting this feature more clearly.”
