DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE SHOCKING!! In January 2020 we bought an Adley 20' x 10' Premium Pressure Treated Double Door Shiplap Reverse Apex Workshop. The shed was delivered as per order. It was professionally assembled on a steel reinforced base and treated. After two months the shrinkage was so bad that we had to re treat the outside to remove the bare wood stripes that were now showing. Now in June the shrinkage is so bad that the tongue and groove in the roof sections no longer meet. the panels separated and collapsed ripping the roof. Another roof panel has shrunk so much that it has pulled the screws out and slid down the wall. The side panels are the same with gaps appearing and the doors have a 10mmm gap around them that lets in water. Basically the shed is falling apart. Sheds.co.uk first said it was the wrong type of product on to treat the wood that was responsible, then it was the base, then oh you get the idea. Twenty emails, 17 pictures and three videos later still nothing they can or will do. Bloody useless

If it was possible to give minus ratings i would happily rate them minus 5*.I placed an order and paid my deposit only to find when i queried the delivery date to be initialy told,ther was no order then they had found it and it was awaiting finace confirmation from there end ,this happened on 3 occaisions.i hae raised concerns with the finance company who are investigating.For a company who allegedley prides itself on customer service it would appear this is not the case.

Wish I could give no stars. Shed was delivered on time (only positive) Was delivered damaged - dented and scratched, smaller than advertised, quality was very very poor. After sales service was the worst i'd ever experienced - can't get through on phone, emails ignored, had to contact manufacturer (Yardmaster) direct to get shed collected without charge and to get a refund, sheds told me £30, company really need to train staff especially Max and Natasha. Gemma should change career to one where she doesn't have to deal with people. AVOID COMPANY AT ALL COSTS Brought shed from Tigersheds 100% happy with tigersheds

Ordered a shed when delivered it was delivered to the wrong address. Only made aware because the lady who received it rang us. Had to hire a van to move the shed. Company ignored all emails and and phone calls.

Sheds.co.uk have left me with no option but to leave a review as they have chosen to ignore all of my emails. On 29th April I ordered a summerhouse and paid over £1,000. I received no confirmation so contacted the company on 27th May and was told that my order had been processed and the lead in time was 5-6 weeks, therefore my summer house would arrive on or before 11th June. It's now 16th June and no summer house, I've sent 5 emails and they have responded to none of them. This company are happy to take your money and then leave you with no goods. My husband and I are key workers who have worked throughout this crisis and only wanted a summer house to relax in. Sheds.co.uk just wanted to take our money and then ignore us. Either give me my goods now or give me a full refund! DREADFUL SERVICE, DREADFUL COMPANY!

Ordered shed off the website and arrived with good communication. However, quality of the shed is very poor! Wouldn’t recommend. Think there are better companies out there to order from! Don’t think this will last very long!!!

order placed on 27th April now 16 June and no sign of £800 worth of goods never answer phone and promise via email to chase up, but then never come back with a date, no reply when requested monies back. Will never use again use covid as excuse for very poor service when other firms have managed to keep trading and keep people informed

Unbelievable how bad the shed was, foot prints all over the door, nails sticking out, broken panels, just all over the worst shed i have ever brought. Customer service didnt even reply to my email. Ever will buy from this company again. Not worth the money

I have given this website a one star rating purely because I like my deliveries on time. However, I’m an open minded chap and accept that not everyone shares that opinion. So, if you enjoy having your deliveries 3 weeks late, then today is your lucky day, you’ve found the perfect place to buy your new shed! For clarity, I will share my experience of this website. I ordered a shed on the basis that it would be delivered within 15 days as stated on the website. Those 15 days came and went with no correspondence as to why my shed had not arrived. 20 days after ordering, I finally get an email regarding the delivery. What great joy and optimism I had pass over me as I waited for it to open, ‘its coming today!!!!’ I thought. The ecstasy was short lived, how stupid could I be?. The email was nothing but disappointment and regret, merely fuelling my dissatisfaction by informing me that the ever illusive shed would be another 16 days. I felt such a fool, why would I think it would be good news?. What could possibly make me think sheds.co.uk would provide me with an uplifting moment of happiness when up until that point all that they had provided me with was lies and an order confirmation? Or deceit and receipt as I like to call it. Above all I was disappointed in myself for being so foolish. It really was not the start to the day I had hoped for. Anyway, I hope that by sharing my experience, those with a similar disdain for a lack of punctuality will avoid wasting their time and money on this website. I also hope that those unlike me, who enjoy this type of deception can dive right in and take great pleasure in the surprise of not knowing if their shed will ever arrive!

PLEASE READ BEFORE BUYING - Shocking.....please do not purchase from this company, I ordered a product listed as in stock and over 6 weeks on I still don't have the product. Part of it arrived but was damaged but you can't get hold of anybody to relay this - I have sent over 12 mails now without reply and your can't call them as the line drops out every time. There are some great companies out there - this isn't one of them, please avoid.

We ordered a summer house in early April and booked a delivery slot for mid-May - on my daughter's birthday as it was a gift for her. The summer house did not arrive, and we have no notification that it would not be coming. We are still waiting for our summer house and it is mid-June. We have called and emailed and contacted them on social media but have not once had a reply to our numerous messages. Please do not buy from these people they are not reliable - as far as I can tell they have just taken over £600 from us with nothing to show for it.

I ordered a bike shed on the 29 April I have had no date when it is coming and can not get though on the phone and when I send an email they just say we are looking into it It’s been over a week and still heard nothing Paid on my credit card and they have took the money but still no news

Utterly shocking customer experience. Bought an item and was told 5 - 10 days for delivery. Chased for an update and was told 5 - 7 weeks... emailed and spoke to someone to cancel and was told, no problem, they had spoken to the supplier and all cancelled and money will be refunded, so I buy another shed and collect the same day from another source. 4 days later the original shed arrives. I then have to arrange to get that collected which takes a further week, but now a week on from that being collected, and 3 chase up emails, I am still to receive my refund. Such poor communication, customer service and basically being lied to. Would never use it recommend this company.

Ordered 4 weeks ago! Website stated in stock would arrive 3-5 days! Then got email stating delivery 20 days after this promise! Delivery never showed on booked date! Two weeks later still no delivery, man body takes responsibility blaming each other and third party arrives! Do not buy!!!

Avoid this company at all costs. Bought summerhouse which was delivered within 7 days, that was the only good part about this purchase. I bought over the phone but now wish I had used online order from as I did not receive an e receipt or any confirmation of the purchase.I had also bought the insulation kit which was only part delivered. When I eventually managed to get in touch to ask for them to supply the rest of the kit they said they would contact the supplier urgently to contact me to sort delivery. I never heard from them or the supplier since. I had other missing parts also but could not use their online form as they hadn't supplied me with order number etc. I have now got to go through the card issue to hopefully try and get a refund for the missing parts which I had to source myself so I could finish the build. I wish I hadn't bought the insulation kit as I found out that it would be much cheaper to buy all the items from a DIY store and have them delivered. My recommendation to anyone seeking to purchase from this lot is to think twice and shop elsewhere and avoid the hassle if things go wrong. They use the current situation as an excuse for their dreadful service, but if they can deliver my order in a week then they could have sorted my short shipment in equal time. 🤬🤬🤬

Ordered AGES AGO. The item was still in stock. I’m Still waiting for my garden storage. Order made early June got a message saying it should arrive before 19th or July. I would hate to think how long I would wait if item wasn’t in stock. Message sent contact on website about when it will arrive. NO reply as yet.

Avoid at all costs. Shed advertised as ‘in stock’ not in fact in stock. Called 25 times no answer, emailed for 10 days and got the basic response then ignored me when I replied. Wrote a post on the Facebook site which they then closed down after so many angry people in the same situation as me. Finally got in contact with someone who said he will issue a refund 15 days ago and still no refund and is not replying to any emails now. Ordered a shed 32 days ago - no shed, no money back and ignoring my emails. Shocking.

I ordered a log cabin for around £3,500. The delivery time on the web page was stated as '7-14 Days'. 14 days later, and I have no delivery date, despite emailing 5 times already. The latest response I received stated that I should 'Please note, our Log Cabins are made to order and your order does have a delivery lead time of 6-8 weeks'. When I went back into the website, I saw that the delivery time for my cabin had indeed been changed to read '8 weeks'. Apparently, we're now pretending it always said that. I've requested a refund, as I'm pretty angry at the lack of communication, and the subsequent deliberate dishonesty.
