“Even though we are in lockdown I would have expected at least 1 phone call as I have requested in 3 emails I have had no actual contact regarding when I am likely to receive my shed. If I had not emailed this company I would still not have heard anything. Twice now they have replied to my email with the exact same email saying they are requesting an update from the dispatch team. I have tried to call the number over the last 15 days on several occasions and it rings and rings then goes dead. I would love to upload a photo but as of yet there is nothing to take one of.”

“Really don't know how this company is in business - Some of the 5 star reviews on another particular site are obviously fake!! new 5 star reviews appear regular the time time each day bumping the genuine bad reviews of the first page..... My experience with sheds.co.uk has been worse than unbelievable, no customer service, phone calls unanswered, and emails totally ignored. If it was possible to give a minus review they would have it”

“I have given 1 star as I am not expecting delivery until early August how am I to review something I have not received and don't expect to in the near future. I can say I found your website easy and payment easy I fully accept how long the delivery is in these crazy times but it winds me up when I am asked to review something I have not received yet but I know if I don't I will get these emails none stop till I do For this I give you 1 star if you ask me when I have the product and I have assembled it I will give a honest rating”

“Product was very poorly made and the customer service experience is shocking. Waited 4 weeks for the product. When it arrived is was badly damaged. Waited a week for it to be collected and was told a refund would be made the same day as collection. This was 6 days ago and still not received. Can't reach them by telephone and responses to emails poor. Now told that the refund will be another 3-5 working days. Shocking!”

“Shed received was 1 foot shorter in depth based on the website spec and I even emailed the sales manager Max Whitehead to check before the shed arrived, who also confirmed the wrong size, so I either got the wrong size or the website and the sales manager are wrong. Felt was damaged, gaps in the tgv on a gable end, but in all, an ok shed for the cost. My main issue is that I built a base for the size advertised and not the one received. The supplier offered to collect the shed and refund once they had it back, but I advised i would only accept a refund first, then collect. They had my money for 7 weeks prior to delivery, so that's what i expect after having to email 3 times without a response. Customer service is bad. Go somewhere else to buy a shed is my recommendation.”

“Well I ordered a shed over a month ago, still no shed arrived I am still waiting and I have heard nothing about my order from no one. I would not recommend ordering from this website, communication is none existent!!”

“Shocking customer service! Ordered a shed for my elderly mother in law. First delivery was the wrong item. Second delivery wrong item again! 20 phone calls to no answer. 6 emails to be told it will be looked into then no reply. We are now £300 out of pocket, no shed, no replies, no updates or way of getting our money back. Two days off work to wait for delivery so we are out of pocket too. Will not be re ordering. Would not recommend. Trying our best to just get our money back. Please do not use this company”

“Ask me to write a review when I still don't have my shed after 3 weeks..... okay here it is! Retrospectively announcing a 5-7 week lead time is a poor trick. I'm sure the shed will be great, if it ever arrives!”

“Very poor service. I ordered and paid for my item only to be told directly from the supplier (not Shed’s.co.uk) three days later it was not going to be available. Why is stock not checked before taking peoples money!! Eventually after almost two weeks got my money back because I asked for a refund not because they contacted me. Shocking!!”

“If you had a 0 rating then that’s what it would be. I have not actually received my shed yet after numerous emails and 25+ unanswered phone calls I am still waiting for a delivery date. Unable to answer any more questions because I didn’t get a delivery”
