“Hopefully everything about the shed will be as advertised, as it looks ideal from the website! Delivery date is a fair amount longer than the 1-2 weeks advertised as I could only agree a slot within 4 weeks of ordering!”

“Took over a month to deliver, whilst it was delivered on the day they said the whole shed was left at the front of the property in an alleyway without knocking the door. I suppose that you get what you pay for, but the quality is poor”

“Do not buy from this company ever, delivered part of a shed and now a month on with still only part of a shed. Sprouting terms and conditions regarding a refund. Go to your bank and discuss chargebacks and section 75 if you have unfortunately bought from these scammers”

“Based on customer services alone: I placed an order and immediately realised I ordered the wrong size. When communicating by email, they took several days to respond in between emails and kept asking me to explain why I wanted a refund. My explanation was clear.. I wanted a refund, then to order a new larger shed on a different card… well it took over a week of backwards and forwards emails and finally for them to let me know that the refund had been issued.. but the refund also took 15 WORKING days. So I decided because it took almost a month to receive my refund, I will not be purchasing a shed through them again. It’s a shame because it was saved to my basket and it was a genuine mistake I made, and I just wanted to purchase a larger shed, and wanted it as quickly as possible. We have gone through an alternative company. Communication and customer service is very highly valued in my eyes.. and taking almost month to return my money is a bit of a joke. I can’t give a representation on the product because we didn’t get one.”

“I would have given a 5 star. 🌟 My issue is that I don't know much about sheds apart from the fact that we use it as storage. I don't know anything about the installation, the more reason I paid for installation services. You have explained about the base, but for someone who has no experience i feel there should be a way to carry us along for proper informed choices. I have sent photos of slabs where we hope to have it built, we hope we made the right choice.”

“recieved the shed yesterday. Drive very helpful putting it into my garage as i am partly disabled. I will be painting it before it is erected as the handy man cannot do that untill December. Please thank the driver he was excelent.”

“Shed was delivered just outside our back gate. As we were bringing in the panels, we noticed several of them had cracks - not just natural wood cracks, but actual breaks in the wood. The panels were very flimsy and made of cheap rough wood with splinters and knotholes everywhere. Many of the construction nails were visible where they'd been not been hammered in fully or missed the supports altogether. The boards supplied for the floor and roof were thin, low quality OSB and the vertical support beams were 1"x1" cheap, knotty wood - not strong enough to support weight and the knots led to alarming cracks appearing as the shed was assembled. The panels don't sit flush with each other or the floor, so there's a lot of gaps that we'll have to seal up somehow. Most of the knots fell out during assembly, so there's holes of varying sizes all over the walls which will also need sealing. We've had to spend around £300 buying materials to reinforce all this, including new OSB for the floor, additional wood to strengthen the flimsy "support" beams it came with so we could felt the roof safely, and metal plating to reinforce joins and try to close the gaps. We asked sheds.co.uk for a partial refund to help cover this - so far they've only offered £50 which is an insult.”

“We haven't put the shed up yet, but it looks ok. Very disappointed with the delivery process. It arrived unexpectedly with no notification of when to expect it. Luckily we were at home when it arrived! We are both pensioners, and were hoping to ask some family members to help us take it to the bottom of the garden, but the unexpected delivery made this impossible because all the family were at work. As the shed had to be left outside the property due to its size, we had to struggke to get it in and through the house bit by bit, by ourselves Not easy as my partner is also disabled.”

“Hello there. Bought this in April 2022 and it is still fine. Original roof that has no issues. I have treated it twice with a home made concoction. Everything is still intact and working as it was on day one 4+ years ago. Then and now pics attached. I’m back on this website as I want to scrutinise the original build docs as I want to move the building onto a better base.”
