“We bought a Holt potting shed, the quality was terrible: rusty door hinges, rusty nails, cracked panels, large gaps between boards and the worst was different height panels which meant it was impossible to put together. BE WARNED. However customer service Ben arranged collection and refund without fuss. Hence 3 stars due to his professional response.”

“What an awful awful experience. I expect not just the £300. But my money back and a free shed. Bit of advice don't ask for feedback until after you successfully deliver something. Today, Someone has just tried to deliver my shed. Despite me specifically requesting the shed be delivered Friday 1st May and this being agreed when I placed the order. The shed itself was already damaged and parts broken when the delivery vehicle arrived. It was in a vehicle too small and completely inappropriate for the size of shed. The deliveryman was incapable of unloading the shed because of the weight of the shed and the inadequacy of the delivery vehicle. Plus I was not home because it was the WRONG DAY. With that and the shed being damaged delivery was refused (but remember, no one could actually unload the damaged shed) and sent away. I had made arrangements to be home on the agreed day of delivery. I had made arrangements for help in constructing the shed. All based on the agreed delivery date. I have no shed, no idea when it will be delivered, whether it will be delivered by a competent delivery company that uses the right size of vehicle. It is abysmal customer service on every level. Currently I will not only never recommend your business but I will go out of my way to warn people not to use your business. I had one conversation with a Jason from the factory after an unhelpful conversation with a Sheds.co.uk staff member. I tried calling sheds.co.uk again at 4.45pm, the phone rang for 15 minutes. By which time the customer line closed. I am waiting to hear back from you customer service people.”

“Really disappointed. I ordered from these because it was in stock and 2-5 day delivery time. After a week I contacted them to see where my shed was, to be told it will take 3 weeks. I had booked time off work and the guys to install it.”

“Straight forward and easy to order, shed size 7x6 which is a difficult size to get from other places, super fast delivery- 6 working days. haven’t assembled it yet but would definitely recommend Sheds.co.uk”

“Ordering was fine, no problem. Delivery made to kerbside , quite literally, but unfortunately no notification that delivery was being made and I wasnt at home to receive so the pallet sat in the road for 2 days. The shed itself is ok but not the highest quality of timber, cutting , nailing from what ive seen and yet to put it together.”

“Did not receive my shed. Stayed home to receive it on the delivery day and it was only when I emailed to see where it was that I got a reply to say the order was cancelled due to not delivering to the Isle of Wight, even though I'd entered my postcode and received confirmation. I still have not been refunded. I expect that is for me to chase too.”

“I took a long time looking for a shed for my garden that fitted a long but narrow section. Sheds.Co.UK were the only ones who clearly listed all of their range. The specification of these sheds is superior to brands like Tiger Sheds and I was amazed at the very quick delivery. The pallet was loaded in such a way as to make the sorting out of the items easy. Highly recommended. Tony B”

“Great range of sheds/garden rooms. Very convenient location with on site parking. Extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable salesman who has great advice but without any pushy sales techniques. We soon settled on a suitable garden shed and within hours we had a delivery date from the supplier. Will be going back here when we are ready to purchase a garden room building. Our shed has now been delivered on schedule and we are looking forward to erecting it. Thank you for your service.”
