“The website was very good. We quickly found our shed. We wanted a 5x5 ft shed - not a usual type. Buying it was easy, too. The shed hasn't been delivered yet because we've only just ordered it, two or three days ago, so I can't tell you about that.”

“Ordering was quick and easy, delivery prompt with very helpful driver. Upon unpacking I was disappointed that the instructions were only accessed online - this made it really hard to follow on a phone screen throughout the build process. Now the shed is built we’re very pleased with it but the process would have been much better with specific instructions for my exact shed size and type and on paper!”

“We were disappointed that no clear delivery timeframe was provided at the point of purchase, which caused inconvenience from the outset. More concerning, however, is the condition of the shed since delivery and installation. Within a relatively short period, the front of the shed has expanded significantly, and multiple holes have appeared throughout the timber. Given the considerable cost of the shed, we did not expect to see this level of deterioration or such poor-quality materials. We have contacted the company several times by email and provided photographs of the issues. Unfortunately, the responses received have been unhelpful, focusing only on general maintenance and care instructions while failing to address the specific defects shown in the photos or provide any meaningful resolution. Overall, we are very disappointed with both the quality of the product and the level of customer service received.”

“Was informed the sales team would be in touch to organise delivery. Never happened delivery tuned up out of the blue Tuesday morning fortunately someone was at home. Upon unpacking the potting shed noticed one of the floor joist was defective. One of the vertical supports on the wall pan is severely cracked for two thirds of the support thickness. Either the door or the door frame is out of square leaving a gap running from the top corner to nearly the middle of the door. Non of the cut ends of the pressure treated wood has been treated just left bear.”

“Dry easy to use website and easily found a few options. It would have been great if I could have selected my top choices and compared them. This would have been better than flicking between them. Having looked at other websites I found Sheds.co to be competitive and offer what I believe to be a quality product. I have subsequently bought a second item.”

“Shame you have to give a star!! We had our shed delivered on 13 May 2026 and after unpacking the shed there was no checklist. One was finally sent over when I queried the parts. Going through the checklist, there were several items missing or there were faulty parts as follows: 1. One of the roof panels was broken. 2. A gap of 1 inch at the bottom of the glass for the windows. 3. Floor panels were different sizes. Checklist said four 5ft panels. We received 2 x (3.8x5.77) and 2 x (3.8x3.8) 4. 5 out of the 6 full panels had split wood. 5. The large pent roof was damaged 6. There were no 4ft wide, 3ft wide, and 2ft wide felt strips provided. 7. The framework and floorboards were smaller than advertised. Floorboards were 15mm and not 18mm with the framework being 34mm x 44mm and not 38mm x 50mm. The 70mm and 100mm screws supplied were therefore too long and would be dangerous. Advised that the floor panels are different to the checklist due to being in metric. If that is the case, they should have been 1524mm per panel and not the sizes provided. Advised that the floorboards would shrink even though every floorboard was exactly the same. Also, the framework starts at 38mm x 50mm but becomes smaller after planning. None of this is in their advertisement. We treated the floor panels with wood preserver as advised before attempting to put them together. The floor bearers did not align and was advised that it did not matter, even though their instructions advise screwing further posts to them to strengthen. When screwing the floor panels together there were gaps of 1cm and 2cm between a couple of the panels. It did not matter where these were put, the gaps would still be there. It transpired that the floor panels were not square. Ben G. confirmed in an email on 15 May 2026 that the manufacturer was issuing a credit note of £50.00 to our account to cover the cost of the wood preserver they advised and for the time taken. This has never been paid to us even after asking numerous times for this payment. Totally ignored each time! Extract from Ben’s email of 15 May 2026: The manfacturer has confirmed - I have spoken with the customer and go thought it all with them. We have issued a credit note to you for the customer of £50.00 and the replacement sections will be sent out from us on Monday for delivery on Wednesday and the old ones collected as he will have them on a pallet. Kind Regards, Ben Sales & Customer Service Executive Sixtystores.co.uk Help@sixty.co.uk Due to the numerous problems, we asked for the shed to be returned, and this was picked up on 19 May 2026. I was advised that Sheds.co.uk received the refund from the manufacturer on Friday 22 May 2026 by James. Even though Ben G., James and Wendy all confirmed that the refund would be dealt today, whenever I contacted them, it took until 5 June 2026 to be issued. Just over 2 weeks. Customer Service is great when you are looking to buy but disappears when trying to get your money back!”

“I spent a solid fortnight researching sheds, and was not disappointed that I picked the one I did from these guys.. Pressure treated, decent glass, and it all went together in an afternoon.. Yes it's made of wood so it'll never be poker straight but it was damn close and a lot better than others I have built in the past, my only criticism is the rubbish screws which look like drywall screws and have a head that's somewhere betweeen a PH1 and PH2.. Easily sorted by buying 100off 70mm x 4mm decking screws from somewhere for a fiver.. Apart from that, delivery was great (it all turns up on a pallet) and the whole thing was painless, resulting in a really solid shed that should last for years.. will definitely use you again. Recommended”
