“As much as I would like to win £300 my experience hasn't been good. To order was ok but once done I had problems. I received confirmation that the order had gone through and then over the next two days I got nine reminder email that I had an item in my basket. Knowing you only are available Monday to Friday I waited till the Monday and rang multiple times but to no avail, only after Wendy Shepard contacted me did I feel I hadn't been scammed. I had read all the previous customers comments before I ordered and it was them who insured me I am getting a good product, I wait patiently to see if my trust was justified.”

“Terrible quality was missing screws when putting it together The instructions were really unclear and not helpful at all The is screws that are sticking out the wood and places the wood has split Other panels the is nail makes but not any nails put in so when assembling wood panels were coming away we need to buy extra nails and screws to make it useable”
