Absolutely disgraceful service. I have never, ever come across anything as poor as this. I ordered 2 x sheds on May 7th and due to the sheer incompetence of this company in getting back to me, I cancelled my order and took my business elsewhere. I have sent 6 emails, made 11 phone calls and yet I still don't have any response. I still don;t have my £288 returned and I am looking into involving my solicitor due to their refusal to return my money, resulting in additional bank charges. DISGRACE. Stay Away!!!

Really disappointed in quality is none existent. Nail missed there intended join split wood and paper thin lapping. I will not use them again.

TAKE CARE when ordering from this firm, as in my experience, customer service & care is EXTREMELY POOR when things go wrong. I placed an order online for this shed on the 8th of may 2020. My reasons for ordering this particular shed from this company was that delivery was stated as 2-5 days, bearing in mind the situation at the moment with covid-19 I presumed (very wrongly) that if this was not possible or there would be a longer delivery time, I would be notified. When I hadn’t received email confirmation by the 11th of May I tried to contact them, virtually impossible by phone so I used the email help@sixty.co.uk as advised by an automated voice. I received an automated reply to say someone would be in touch within 1 day. Nothing! So on the 14th of May I persevered on the phone & was told that in fact that shed was out of stock! It would be available in July! PAYMENT HAD BEEN TAKEN. I had had the base built ready for it as my original shed was on the verge of collapse, hence the need for a quick delivery. This shed was the shape & size I wanted, nothing similar was available, but, another larger, different shaped shed was available on 2-5 days delivery, it was in stock, but more expensive. Even though it wasn’t what I really wanted I thought it was the best option. So on the afternoon of the 14th I paid the extra over the phone & was told I would receive the details. However by the 18th, Still no email had arrived, I persevered on the phone again, I was put on hold whilst it was looked into, I was cut off, they didn’t phone me back. One hour later I managed to get through again, I was told it was sorted & was in the hands of the courier. I commented on how poor the experience of buying from them had been & how terrible the customer care experience & so he cut me off. I gave up. On the 19th I received a text from the courier that delivery will be the 28th May. So that’s 14 days from order of this shed, but 20 days from first order. No help even though it was their mistake. (I spoke to the same gentleman throughout) I contacted the courier & they told me the company was aware of the extended delivery times prior to my order (so why let the customer believe different?) I’m just hoping the shed is a good one and this weary experience is worth it. I have a business that relies on good customer service and I would be ASHAMED if this was the standard

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY I ordered a summerhouse and base to come on 9th of May. The house arrived, but the base didn’t. As I had people here waiting to build it, I had to go and buy a similar base from my local diy store. I rang sheds, and was told to refuse delivery and I’d get a full refund. A week later, and no refund, I have had 2 emails from sheds asking to collect the base. I refused delivery of this as instructed by yourselves. The summerhouse is quite nice. But your customer service is diabolical, and I’ve lost £140 with no sign of getting it back. Also I was told if I refused delivery, that a collection/restock fee would be waived. Now I’m being told I’ll have to pay £40 restock fee.

Sadly I have to provide a negative review. I ordered a shed from the website on 30 April and have still not received even a confirmation email of my order despite the money having been taken from my account. I sent two emails requesting confirmation my order was being processed and received only template responses promising someone would be in touch with more info. I am really not unreasonable and accept things are challenging right now, I would have been okay with contact to say it would be more than the promised 14 days, even a month before delivery. But it’s now 2 weeks and I haven’t even had a receipt of order email - incidentally I think that contravenes consumer protection legislation. I will now be seeking a refund as I have no confidence in this company I’m sorry to say.

We ordered a shed and playhouse on the 13th of April - Understandably, it was a crazy time for them with Covid-19, but we were happy to see that we could get a delivery for both the shed and playhouse on the 1st of May. The shed arrived, but no playhouse. Payment for both had been taken. Ever since we have been in touch with Customer service who said the playhouse was from another manufacturer and would be delivered direct and they would be in contact. We are still waiting and no contact regarding delivery for 3 weeks now. We just keep getting robbed off. They should have mentioned on the website that this would happen and that it would be delivered by someone else. Very disappointed- My 2 year old daughter can’t understand why her playhouse hasn’t arrived. Yes, of course this is an unprecedented time, but if you can’t deliver the product, don’t sell them, take our money and keep fobbing people off.

Avoid! - after 6 weeks of waiting, still no shed. Ordered while the shed was in stock on the website to be told 4 weeks later it wasn’t. Customer service has been poor. Never again!

I would give this a 0 if their was the option. Ordered a shed on the 9th April, the delivery was meant to be 7-10days. After placing the order I didn't receive an email confirmation so I called up and they confirmed they had it on their system and the money was taken out of our bank account. 6 weeks later it has yet to arrive! I have sent countless emails and have called countless times, which they never pick up to. I have no idea whether I will actually be getting this shed and whether I can get my money back. I am not one to ever write bad reviews, however, I do not recommend here at all!

All was well with our purchase of a shed, the problems followed after we received faulty floor panels. After 4 WEEKS of emails and phone calls and we are non the wiser as to whether we’re ever going to receive the replacement parts, which have been acknowledged by the manufacturer as faulty goods. All we receive are corporate emails which sound like they’re auto-responses and give no details of our actual issue and when we’ve actually been able to get through to someone by phone the agents either have been very dismissive or say they’ll escalate it/look into it and ring back, to which we’ve never had anyone contact us. This shed is meant to be a studio to enable me to work whilst in lockdown and is having a huge detrimental impact. I know the sheds seems very economical but that is very much dependent on receiving quality goods and their customer service is shocking.

Purchased my shed back on the 24/04 - I know these are uncertain times but I have been using other online shops and they've been fantastic. Worst service ever, you call the one number, forced to listen to a recorded message, choose your option then the phone goes dead. E-mail is as bad, get a response 2 days later saying they will chase the deliveries team, to date still no response. I even tried to cancel my order and no response to that either. Its like they have taken the money and ran with it. I have never experienced this in my lifetime - worst online company ever!

Only half of the order was delivered. I called them and they said I had two options: wait three weeks for the rest of the shed to be delivered or wait three weeks for someone to come and collect the part that had been delivered. No apology issued at first and very rude customer service on the phone. Eventually someone I emailed arranged collection. Would not recommend this company.

Customer service extremely poor. No delivery date yet even though the timeframe has past. Sent an email to their help only to be advised they are very busy and will get back to you ASAP. Do not buy they take your money and leave you in limbo regarding when you can expect delivery of the item you have ordered. Web page states excellent customer service what a joke. Be warned !!

Ordered a summer house with a delivery expected inside 28 days but found out from them after that It would not be built until the end of July and delivery some time in August. Cancelled the order and still waiting for deposit refund. Cancelled it within 5 days and now 4 weeks on still no refund. SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Bought a Adley 5' x 7' Pressure Treated Shiplap Apex Shed and from the description looks clear (to me as well) that no further wood treatment was needed (at least for the first year). That apparently is not the case accordingly to the T&C (that no one reads) and assembly instructions

I ordered a trellis pannel on April 27th. I only needed one, and the website allowed me order a single one for delivery. I receive a text confirming delivery info and date. I end up working yesterday, the day of delivery, and I reply to the text to rearrange. I am informed the package is cancelled, and that the depot informed Sheds on April 30th there was a minimum order on this item. Nobody told me, I waited 3 weeks for the item to not arrive, to only be told after I had asked after it. I appreciate it's weird times right now, but all it takes is somebody to respond to myself regarding this, and I could've saved literally weeks of waiting for something that didn't arrive. Genuinely disappointed with their treatment of myself.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered a shed and a playhouse for my little boy. Spending over £700 I expected good quality products. Once ordered placed I never recieved a proper invoice from Sheds. The order was just managed by the delivery company.. which was quick and efficient! However the quality of our products is horrendous, it's like someone had just thrown some wood together with a nail gun. The playhouse was completely unsafe for a child to play in! The customer service has been horrendous, unapologetic and argumentative with little enthusiasm so rectify the issues. I would NOT recommend to anyone.

I ordered 4 sheds from them over a month ago and have still not been provided a delivery date for 3 of them (1 has arrived) or a receipt/invoice for any of them. I have requested this 4 times over email and have only had 1 reply to my first email saying they will look in to it and let me know which was over 2 weeks ago now.

If I could give 0 I would. Customer service is below awful damaged panels torn roof felt. Everytime I get a reply to send photos they don't respond as they can clearly see the product they send out should go straight on the bonfire. Check the Facebook community page to see how many unhappy customers there are. Wish I had. Stay clear

I ordered a beautiful Loxley Summerhouse and paid for installation, it arrived damaged and was eventually replaced and installed, the installers said that the door frame was twisted and the door bolts were sheared off. I Have been patient, have phoned, (difficult to get through to customer services, back in July/August/September) you’ll need to be VERY patient) and now I can’t open or close the doors of my summerhouse. The Hartwood Infinity bench in the same order hasn’t ever arrived! Again emails in September promised that they would sort it.....nothing, still waiting for customer service contact from an order in June last year which hasn’t arrived, phone calls, emails all pre Covid,.The shed which was delivered by one driver who couldn’t get it off the lorry it was so high up, item was split and damaged and again still no resolution. Couldn’t be more disappointed with Sheds.co.uk. Over promises and under delivers. I get that the current situation is really hard for any company but I am just saddened as a key worker who has ordered in June 2019 has not had items delivered and others damaged. DON’T use this company, go local and support quality. One very disappointed customer.
