I placed an order 6 weeks ago. The money was taken immediately but have heard nothing since, despite many phone calls and promises to follow-up.
Ticket numbers are allocated but never followed up and calls are never returned despite the over-long and pleading COVID answerphone message.
Truly hopeless. Avoid!
