Workman ships terrible had to cut peices off the door to get the door to close because the part was nailed wrong and also the bar for the roof was badly bent. And the idea of putting transport blocks on with nails was poor couldn't get them off without damaging the panels

I have to admit I received the shed quickly but the quality was poor and I felt the shed was overpriced. To add to my misgivings some of the metal guides were bent and out of shape therefore time spent trying to get back into shape. You would think of the price charged they would have added anchor screws but they did not supply those. You only know about this on the last page of instruction manual. Complaints are ignored. So good luck

Pleased with the quality of the wood panels of the greenhouse, but the clear plastic window panels are all oversprayed with wood treatment which is very difficult to remove. The wood should have been treated before the windows were installed!

The website is adequate, I suppose. The customer service is what lets them down - the after sales care is poor. No response to emails. I have managed to get through to sheds ONCE on the phone (usually they just hang-up) but still still no delivery date. If my shed is here within 5 or 6 weeks of purchase, I'll eat my hat. I haven't come across a single business this shonky since lockdown started. Woeful.

Came on the correct day but we weren't given a time two hrs beforehand or rung half hr before delivery as stated.

The shed is not great at all very unhappy. Feel like this shed has been sitting in a yard for some time. For £500 I expect better.

I ordered and paid for a log cabin selecting the 6 month free finance option. However the next day full payment was taken from my credit card. Having received no confirmation email or text following my order, I queried this payment and requested a delivery date for my log cabin. I was told that my order would be cancelled and refunded, and I'd need to place a new order, which is not what i wanted to do. When i looked into doing this, the log cabin I had ordered and paid for was showing as "out of stock"... I received a refund, but this was not a very happy experience.

Ordered a shed 28th of May and got a confirmation that order has been recieved and payment was taken, its now 9th of June I have not had anyone contact me to advise delivery date i have tried calling customer service no answer. Very poor service.

Shed arrived and the quality was awful. large holes throughout, bent half-hammered nails, joints unsecured, screws driven through at an angle thus being exposed on the other side, split panels. Genuinely really disappointed. Two stars are for the quality of the Sheds.co.uk website and the service of the delivery driver from Mercia Garden Products, who was excellent and incredibly apologetic. He advised that I could have a replacement; of which I politely declined. He logged the cancellation of the order there and then, no questions asked.

I believed the shed I had ordered had a double door but got 1 door which is to small for the door opening, also the sizing is smaller than the 8 x 6 I had taken down. I believe the shed is of poor quality for £379. I am going to purchase another shed but won't be inclined to use your services.

We were very disappointed with the quality of the shed, we left it on the pallet and within days the panels started to warp, customer services were great they informed us Shed.co.uk would be getting in touch regarding the matter, we are still awaiting their response.

I brought the 12x6 flex shed it's what you would expect for the money, ok but a bit shoddy lots of nails showing were mist the batons, had to buy another roll of roof felt as they never supported enough so not so cheap now, emailed twice but got the same email back, asked to be called back on the issue but nothing,

Summer house turned up on time after 3 week wait for delivery, loads of pieces missing though, another 2 week wait for the parts to arrive! Absolute nightmare to put together, had to go out and buy extra screws, brackets etc. No way was the 12 screws they provide enough to hold the thing together. The flooring so thin we practically went through it during assembly. Poor quality, instructions wrong and really difficult to understand, pieces missing, wood split as we were putting in screws, wish we hadn’t bought it, big disappointment.

placed an order,received a confirmation email of purchaise but no further infos regarding delivery (estimated date etc) .Its been 3weeks now since my purchase and still nothing! starting to worry now. Ive sent an email to them but am yet to hear back... slightly annoyed is an understatement!

Having checked with Sixty that the quoted lead time of 15-20 days was in fact achievable, I went ahead and placed my order. I took a screen shot of the order confirmation as a precaution which it turns out was a very good idea. I still haven’t received a confirmation email (16 working days after placing the order) and today after chasing 3 previous times I have finally been given a delivery date of June 24th (not confirmed, just planned) if this happens it will be 31 working days since I placed my order. The communication has been dire and whilst I appreciate these odd times and don’t really mind the delay I would have truly appreciated some form of communication that I didn’t have to beg for. The money was taken fast enough! The lack of confirmation email seems very odd but the customer service team didn’t appear surprised. If I hadn’t taken the screen shot I would have been very concerned indeed.

Ordered my shed 0n the 15th May. Money taken from my account on the 17th, so no hanging around then. Unfortunately I still have not been contacted with a delivery date in spite of sending various emails. Too much effort to let me know if there is a delay ? Not impressed so far. Cant review the product as I havn't got it yet.

Delivery was on time, although unloaded the wrong shed first until I noticed it was the wrong shed. Shed quality is not great at all, nails poking through in every panel, Some of the panels the overlaps are coming away from the framework, centre bar twisted and bowed. The door doesn’t fit in the opening (big gaps around the door) also nowhere to attach the hinges without screws going straight through the door. The base is not strong enough without adding extra support underneath. Certain parts of assembly are not in the instructions.

Ordered a shed and delivered a week later however one side panel was damaged and now, 2 weeks later we are still waiting for the replacement. Not had any updates and had to contact them myself.
