“Write a revue? I have yet to receive a confirmation of order from you despite contacting you last week to ask for one the money was taken quickly pity an email of confirmation wasn't as forthcoming.”

“I've placed an order for a Yardmaster shed but so far apart from am o/n given to me on placing that order I haven't heard back from your company to say, 'Thank you' for placing your order or any delivery date as to when I will receive my shed? Hopefully I will receive more correspondence shortly.”

“I tried to contact sheds to amend my order but nobody contacted me back even though it said they would contact me within 24 hours. I then tried to cancel the order but still got no response”

“Ordering system is Ok. Customer service area is poor - you ask for photos of the product but file sizes are so restricted it is virtually impossible to attach a picture. No response to my previous enquiry re delivery cancelled the same day by yourselves. Current enquiry regarding wrong shed panels delivered today.”

“I haven't received an order confirmation, with a breakdown of what I've actually purchased. The delivery arrived at 07:00 and checking through I can see the plastic base I ordered has not been delivered. There's nobody to speak to either. Not a great service,”

“Realise that things are not normal at this time, but your website was and still is stating that deliveries were being made and orders were being taken. I placed an order that was confirmed by E mail and then nothing waited 10 days which was the longest delivery time stated.. Have contacted you by E mail and received an enquiry number 97920. Tried phoning to no avail all in all not a very good experience”

“I’ve ordered a garden shed and paid for it but I’ve had no contact from the company whatsoever either about timescales, delivery so the customer service is definitely lacking and needs addressing in my opinion, also I’m being asked to review the shed I ordered before I’ve received it .”

“Don't believe the lead times!! 14 days really means over a month and when it did finally come it was literally dumped on my front lawn with no notice that it had even been delivered. I was lucky it's only a small shed and I managed to move it all round the back on my own. Terrible service though!”

“Very difficult to put together as the timber frame work twisted .corners not meeting .The transit protection to the bottom of the panel's fix with long ring nails very difficult to remove ended up splitting the timber. Tried ring the sheds .co. No answer.”

“Ordered our greenhouse over a week ago and not received yet. Tried ringing the number on website and can’t get through and get cut off. Emailed a representative with my questions and the questions were not answered and all my reply was that it’s “with the delivery team to contact me”. I replied asking again and no response yet each of my emails normally had a half an hour response time. I am hoping/waiting to get a response as to what stage my order is at.”

“I ordered a shed which was in stock or so I thought. You took my money so I thought it would be delivered in five to ten days as stated on your site. I have just received an email from woodland sheds saying that they are closed due to virus lockdown so they don't know when they are able to make and deliver the shed.”

“Delivery was timely. However, the bottom corner of one side of the wooden shed was damaged and a small piece of wood came off in the package. Luckily, the broken piece is at the corner and should not affect the overall waterproofing of the shed. We only found out after assembly what the extra small piece of wood was for.”

“The quality of the shed is awful. Holes, panels not square, warped doors, paper thin windows, no roof overhang so the rain penetrates the ship lap, which is poorly put together and split in some places. I’ve had to spend so much money to reinforce the roof it would’ve been cheaper to build one from scratch. Let’s not forget it was nearly £900! And remember, they’re stored outside, which is fine according to their delivery driver.”

“The website looks great but the shed I received isn't great. The main supports are only 25mm thick and some are warped and split, the base isn't supported enough as my foot nearly went through the thin ply wood, some corners damaged by lone delivery man but the main problem is that the door is 25mm too small for the opening obviously manufactured wrong. Overall disappointed.”

“Ordered a shed online and was not given option to add a delivery address different from billing address. I have tried to call on over 50 occasions and just keep getting off. Sent an email 3 days ago and still no reply! Please get in touch Sheds.co.uk”
