“Where to begin?! Lead times - ignore them. Ordered at the start of August so I had plenty of time to construct over my school holidays, arrived 5th September. First contact to chase was rather dismissive with me. Second contact didn’t bother to read my email correctly. Let’s talk construction. Instructions are terrible. Nothing is labelled so you need to measure everything to make sure it’s the right screw length timber length etc. sections are combined together instead of being clearly stepped. Screws seem a little light on the ground so we added our own to make things more secure. One panel we had was missing nails as the nail gun had clearly run out and no one had noticed. All in all it’s a cheap shed which will fit its purpose but a disappointing lead time - just tell me it was going to be 5 weeks - and you need some knowledge of how things go together to be able to make it as the instructions are just laughable.”

“I placed an order for a shed accidentally the reverse apex instead of the apex. I contated sheds.co.uk the same day and 4 days later they have still not managed to change the order as promised and send me a confirmation email. Not the best customer service so far. Concerned about the installation service moving forward.”

“my new shed arrived today 15x7 pent roof. i was told i would get a phone call to arrange delivey. this never happend, the shed just turned up on a small lorry 2 big heavy pallets 350 kg each at least. with nobody there to take delivey. The driver had no way to unload them with some luke a local farmer was near by and help with loader to get them off the lorry. now they are 500m form where we wanted them due to their very poor comunications. i was very specific when i rang up to order the shed about delivey arrangment and was told they would ring to confirm. didnt happen. not ahappy customer, i just hope its a good shed once we finally get to put it up.”

“The products is AWFUL .Poorly made .There are gaps between the boards, nails coming out the wood , some of the wood is warped and twisted. It's nearly impossible to put it up !! The instructions are generic so they're useless. I had to ordered another one from somewhere else. I DO NOT recommend this shop. Two stars for delivery as arrived earlier than expected and iv3 been generous.”

“Online ordering was a disappointment as the webpage for my product showed delivery in 1-2 days which was important to me but as soon as I got to the purchase that changed to 2-3 days.... It was Wednesday afternoon and I wanted it for the weekend when I'd have help to put it together. So to check I phoned the help number and they suggested it's likely to be 2-3 days with delivery more likely on the MOnday. Oh well, hoping for possibly 2 days I placed the order. Unfortunately the email confirmation confirmed delivery for the Monday after the weekend and the help line, with the benefit of the order number also confirmed the Monday delivery. So I made arrangements to go out on the Friday before the weekend. Yes, you've guessed it, half an hour before leaving on the Friday a van arrived and the driver said 'I've got a pallette for you' (he didn't know what was on it but it was the shed) so luckily I was able to take it but if I'd left a bit earlyer they'd have had to take it back. Very poor coordination between all parts of the organistion but all's well that ends well I suppose.”

“Order the arch from this company on the 4 th June as it said it was in stock. Message from forest, a few days later, to tell me there will be a delay. Another message to say It will be available from week commencing 20 th June, and they will be in touch with a delivery date. No such notification. I came home this afternoon to find it propped up against the house. I could easily have stayed at home had I known about the delivery. Won't be using this company again. Sheds just take the money, then rely on the the manufacturer to do the rest. The measurements of the arch are some what exaggerated in the picture. The width of the uprights are barely 4 cm x 6 cm. And this is whilst they are still damp. When dry, there will be shrinkage.”

“The quality of the floor is horrible, you go around inside and the floor is going to break/sink. The instructions weren't very explicit no numbers on the wood to make easy to know where goes were. All screw's where together where to use what.”

“When I placed the order, the site stated that the planter was in stock, with a 1-2 week delivery. Updates from the supplier (not Sheds.co.uk) stated that it wasn't in stock and delivery was delayed. Eventually received after 4 weeks. The only updates I received were from the supplier, despite sending emails to Sheds.co.uk. Disappointed as this is the 3rd time I've purchased from them and had previously been good. On a positive note, the delivery driver was excellent.”

“She’d arrived very quickly and no delivery update telling me if the delivery was received. The day the guys came to erect the shed for me I had to call twice to obtain instructions. Parts had been substituted with others and were not a better grade than the advert… I got a shed I could not lock. I have now been into my shed whilst it is raining to find out it leaks!! Wish me luck sorting this one out”

“Got the bar/shed putting up was easy, two days later the wooden slats started to pull apart and the roof slats have bowed. Not very happy. Have had to spend alot of money covering the whole thing in thick plastic. Back slats are still pulling apart and no way to fix. Very disappointing and frustrating as these are not cheap”

“I have ordered an 18ft by 6ft. What was delivered was 17ft by 5.5ft. Now I am not one to complain about size but I do expect to get what I pay for. I will have to mark down for this.Apart from that the packaging was excellent and delivery was fast. Ordered on a back holiday Monday delivered by the Thursday. Not built yet thats the job for the weekend. But quality looks good.”

“I bought this shed on march but assembled yesterday, very poor quality, some parts are very weak and about to crack, any part has different quality, some parts don’t overlap, very weak and poor quality materials, I really regret buying this shed , definitely not as shown in advertisements. Don’t recommend atall.”

“Purchased on a wednesday night had confirmation email but then nothing on shipping. It had been arranged for delivery on the following monday which i was working. I only found this out after contacting them on 2 occasions so had to ask my neighbour if he could sign for it which luckily he did. When putting shed together instructions where not that useful as they are generic to a lot of the sheds. When trying to put roof on we found that the roof sent was wrong size for shed as sections where to long for 4foot sides so could not centre them. Me and my friend are both trades so we managed to alter it to fit with large overhangs on each end. Shed doors where very poorly fitted hinges screwed in by a blindman split wood on both sides of frame. had to rehang both doors and plane them to fit ok. I would not recommend buying this shed.”

“A good choice of sheds. But, still waiting for this item from seller. 6 -8 wk delivery seems rather long & no contact from seller on possible delivery date...not very happy as other sellers who offered same shed where quoting days not weeks for delivery.”

“Some of the roof struts were warped. Instructions and pictures for assembly are clear as mud. Flimsy and cheapest timber used. Door ed does not fit properly. There are at least 13 knot holes in the shed. Window material could not be any thinner. Not impressed at all and do not recommend. Looked good in the advertising, but doesn't live up to expectations.”
