Bought an 8’x10’ no window shed. Good service received regarding delivery and times etc. Shed arrived at 6.30am via being texted from the delivery company so no problem there. Upon checking the shed the front panel of the shed with the door opening in it was badly manufactured with the boards not meeting and very badly warped resulting in the nails popping out. As this was a Saturday I emailed the company but no reply until Tuesday and I had to complete this installation so had to get someone to strip the panel down and remove the same from the back to make it all fit and look respectable. I then received another email saying send photos, order number, delivery address etc and the lady would see what she could do. Suffice I have not heard anything else from the company so from my personal experience I will not be using this company again due to the very poor after service!!!

The shed I ordered is described as premium however when it was built for me I found it to be anything but. If this is a premium product I would not like to see the standard product. Very disappointed having paid more than £900. When I complained I was told that everything was as it should be. Buyer beware is my advice.

delivery and ordering service cant fault but wow the shed that should take 2 men 6 hrs to put up to 2 men 3 days to put up the instructions are dreadful on the plus side the shed looks good now its up would i buy another one prehaps not as my hubby would divorce me and my father disown me !!!!!

Bought a wooden mini greenhouse and needed support with further instructions on how to maintain it, seal it and use it when it heavy rains. I got a very superficial answer from the customer care manager and I was denied assistance. Poor installation instructions received with the product and even poorer customer service. Should I have known they would be so unprofessional and that I was to be left to deal with everything alone I wouldn’t have purchased from them.

My experience is lack of contact, I have tried twice to ask the status of my order, and both times have proved to be unsuccessful, the first time was two weeks ago. I am still in the dark about my order made on 12th May even though the money for the purchase has been taken, no idea if I am going to receive my arbour or when if I am it is going to be delivered

Bought the audley mower shed for £150 Delivery was late by a few days after the company cancelled which we were too fussed about but for it to them arrive broken cracked nails sticking out everyone gaps in the wood has made us not want to buy from the company again. Messaged the Facebook page still waiting for a reply. Asking for a partial refund as we're now looking at buying more wood to fix the errors. It's not transit damage as the splits are where the nails have been incorrectly put where the wood has split and the nail sticking straight out. Images below arnt even all the problems. Instructions unclear and an excess of random nails.

We order a loxley which was in stock. paid in full on the 19th May. We got a email saying it’s can’t be delivered until the 20th August. So we cancelled our order and are awaiting our money back

UPDATE Received a call today from delivery driver telling me fence panels would be delivered in 30 minutes!!! I was in the middle of a video conference at work! Items now delivered but absolutely NO CONTACT from Sheds regarding delivery. I totally understand in the current climate that deliveries may be delayed but just be honest with your customers. Radio silence to a customer translates as you are not interested, not delivering or worse that you could be operating a scam. BEWARE! Websites has a daily update stating they are still trading and making deliveries as normal with lead times stated on each item. I needed some fence panels that had a delivery time of 10-14 days. Made my purchase and 20 days later I've received no contact, they ignore emails and don't answer the phone. They've taken full payment and haven't made delivery as stated. Beware! I will be reporting to Trading Standards! If they can't deliver they should not be taking money and are misleading customers by having incorrect information on their website!

Cannot get hold of anyone. I understand they may be short staffed but no-one will pick up a phone or respond to emails sent out.

I want to give a higher rating. The shed is good, it was fairly easy to put up, the delivery was quite quick. I waited in for the shed, but it did not arrive. In the afternoon I checked the website and it suggested that I had already received it. I phoned the company, who confirmed with the driver that it had been dropped off and that I had signed for it... the signature however was not mine (someone had clearly a guess at what it might be, but got it wrong). A back and forth ensued, with the driver insisting that he'd dropped it off, and me having to go and check with all my neighbours (during lockdown) that they hadn't received it. That evening I opened my garage door and it knocked into the shed, which had magically appeared on my driveway... A shame, but the experience of trying to convince people that I really didn't have the shed and I really hadn't signed for it (!), and someone else clearly lying, means I wouldn't use this company again.

Holes in wood beyond acceptable levels. Low quality construction and wood. Plastic window scratched and stained.

Have not received confirmation of payment 4 days after payment: I also emailed several questions before purchase and was informed by (email) a ticket was instigated but a week later no reply to the original question. Hopefully when product arrives things will improve.

I recently purchased a shed from your company and found the website easy to understand and place an order. However, I'm still waiting for delivery . Whilst I understand the current situation regarding deliveries I would hope the company would keep me updated on the situation . Still awaiting delivery !

Ordered mower shed for my parents anniversary Informed that was on a 3 week lead time which was fine When the shed arrived it was incomplete. So I am now waiting another 3 weeks for my remaining parts When I complained blamed courier Will not accept that the fault was theirs

Order easy to make Delivery date a little long but bearing in mind current situation not a big issue Disappointed with quality of shed (7x3 bike shed) quite flimsy. Rear panel quite damaged. Can’t fault delivery driver who noticed it, he took photos and said he’d let processing know. I was advised by him should take a few days for replacement. Used ticket facility to report damage. Was offered Choice of £15 refund or new panel. No brainer, took new panel. 2 weeks later no sign of panel and nothing on my customer portal that I was getting one, so gave up and put shed up with damaged panel which I fixed. Half of the assembly instructions were missing but I printed off version from website. Instructions were Confusing to say the least and vital explanations were missing or poorly worded so you end up guessing how to do some bits. Panels did not fit completely either. It was a real struggle to be honest. Would not buy shed again if I had option.

Have an order not heard from them about delivery. Would be good to have some information from them about delivery. Still not heard. Can’t answer questions as still waiting. Hope I can change this review and upgrade if my shed arrives
