“We're part way through our dealings with Sharps bedrooms and already it is poor. The sales advisor on your first appointment speaks about the excellent customer service and reputation of the company - maybe a few years ago but certainly not now! We were given an install date, cleared two bedrooms so we have our things all over the place in disarray to keep these two rooms clear. Due to start fitting on a Monday, we've rearranged our whole week of work around this, the flat packs arrive Friday, our money is taken and then get a call only a couple of hours later saying fitting won't start Monday and they don't know when! We've chased (note: WE'VE chased, there has been zero customer service) our initial sales person and the depot, been given no real service, no alternate dates and promised return calls do not transpire. I'm very unimpressed, wish we'd just gone to IKEA and used a local fitter.....”

“Recently we installed a wardrobe in our bedroom with two exterior lights and we wanted to swap the the bulbs for a different colour. However, after phoning the company we were rudely rebuked and we did not receive any other information to help us. Therefore we would like to warn other customers that after you hand over the money they will not care about you any longer.”

“Salesman Gerry was extremely nice, respectful to my home and me and very knowledgable and because of that got a sale there and then. Surveyor came as and when promised, all very respectful nice and efficient. Fitter was great, just got on with it and end result much as expected. I am a but of a traditionalist and prefer wardrobes and chests etc but needed the storage solutions which are very effective.”

“So happy with our new wardrobes. Finished to the highest quality. The whole process was a pleasure with great communication and customer service. The designer surveyor and fitter were all very professional with years of experience and knowledge behind them. Would definitely use again.”

“Made arrangements with the fitter, Russell Shea, for installation for the next morning at 8am and he arrived promptly and did a wonderful job working right the way through until 7pm to ensure that everything was in good working order. Unobtrusive and polite and hard worker throughout the day and a great credit to Sharps. A pleasure to deal with the entire process and personnel”

“I was very pleased overall. The designer was most helpful in coming up with solutions to a difficult space. It would be helpful if there was a greater range of door widths and heights - this would greatly increase the flexibility of the system. The original fitting date was postponed by a week but the fitter who eventually did the installation was excellent, very professional and helpful.”

“We are very pleased with the the product it has transformed the bedroom,Gerry the designer was brilliant & Carl the fitter did a good job. We have 2 small problems which are proving impossible to resolve after making 6 calls to customer service and not getting replys this lets the service down”

“The final product we are delighted with. A fantastic fitter, Chris Moody. Very friendly. However we had 2 cancelled fitting dates and then on the installation date were messed around with the fitter only arriving around 12pm. I asked Nicola from customer services on 2 occasions to contact me after leaving messages and did not get the calls back :( Danny & Jo PHILLIPS”

“Designer and surveyor that visited were knowledgeable, friendly and professional, as a result the fitter did an excellent job and we're very pleased with the end result. Only negative we are left to get rid of all the rubbish. SueB.”

“Having read some of the reviews on the internet, I was quite apprehensive about using Sharps to fit my wardrobes, however I could not have been more wrong. From the salesman Roger, the customer services, to the delivery drivers and finally Chris the fitter, thank you all so very much, love the wardrobes, all exactly as I had envisaged, truly truly delighted.”

“Very friendly staff throughout the whole process. Helpful in suggesting the best options available for a storage problem. All in all a very smooth running operation. A bit surprised that part of the Sharp's organisation closes for lunch. I think it was the Fitting Dept..”

“We had problems in the beginning....... 1. Did not turn up for arranged date. 2. Changed scheduled installation date and shortened the length of time allocated for the fitter to install! Although we found this totally frustrating and annoying the fitter Nick did an excellent job and when finish we were extremely impressed. Felt silly for complaining before everything was complete, thanks Sharps :-)”

“Very very impressed by the whole process with Sharps. At the start the designer was not only helpful and professional, but arrived on time. The communication from Head Office regarding payment and delivery was also excellent with the young lady (Sarah) ringing me back as promised with answers to a couple of questions I had posed. The delivery came on time and in full. The drivers were excellent and made sure they covered the staircase with their own protective cloths to ensure no marks were left on our cream stair carpet. The fitter Geoff Tomlinson was outstanding. He was incredibly professional and made sure we knew how things worked and were adjusted, he was on time, tidied up and made one or two suggestions on the best way to get best use out of our wardrobes. The standard of his work is excellent. I wouldn't have any hesitation to recommend Sharps to friends and relatives.”
