“We were pleased with our Sharps experience and the wardrobes we have from them. Although they are not the cheapest option they offer a bespoke fit to suit your space and a selection of styles. Peter Antill, the designer, was superb and visited us on a Saturday to fit in with our working week. He designed options, ran through costings and kept in email communication when we had questions. We would have liked the boutique style doors but sadly they were not available in white (only black) so we chose another option instead. Would recommend Sharps to others.”

“We asked Sharps to give some advise how to utilise better the space in the children room. The designer came and gave us a lot of useful advise. He designed 2-3 different set for the wall-to-wall top-to-bottom wardrobes. He held us to spent out money wisely. Really happy about the result. Highly recommended.”

“Was very impressed with the design and ordering service. The fitter who came to install our bedroom furniture did an excellent job. My only complaint is that the cupboard door hinges are very flimsy for the size of the doors and they don't sit fully flush. Will be contacting sharps about this shortly. Other than that, we are very happy with the whole service.”

“From the initial design process through to the fitting we were very pleased with the service we received from Sharps. Everyone we dealt with was very professional and courteous. Our wardrobe was fitted a few weeks after agreeing on the design and completed to an excellent standard. It looks great in the space. We would definitely recommend Sharps to others.”

“The process was very straightforward from the initial estimate, the planning, delivery and the construction of the wardrobe. Once problem was the start date of the construction this was moved last minute from Wednesday to the Thursday, could have been handled a lot better.”

“I was impressed at the flexibility and availability of appointments for our initial consultation. The designer was great, he offered really useful advice and steered us away from unnecessary costs. The installer was great, really tidy and helpful - very important when having new wardrobes fitted in an old house, the week you move in with a three year old and three week old baby! We're very pleased with the finished products the wardrobes in our room lo stylish and fit in perfectly. The 'walk in' design for a very large cupboard in our daughters room is brilliant and makes excellent use of space available.”

“Excellent fitter, started early and continued until the wardrobes were completed. Very pleased with the finished product. However, after 4 months the centre wardrobe door would not slide to open any wider that 4 inches. Contacted Customer Services in March and after several telephone call, two days of phoning and receiving only a standard we will get back to you message - no one ever did. An email that was ignored I eventually phoned on a Saturday morning and received a reply and a date and time for a fitter to come and sort the problem 4 months after the original phone call. Pleased with the wardrobe but found Customer Services a disgrace.”

“I had a split fit. One room is done the other is to be done at the end of June. Apart from the original error measuring up for the second room and stating a bedside unit could be fitted. This was the only error but was picked up by the surveyor. The fitter just finished the first room today in a day and a half and we are very happy with it. The fact that this was a split fit was known from the start but part payment for the whole value was taken immediately and the amounts required to pay when are a little confusing. It is just as well we are tracking what is paid when. Apart from that I am happy with the quality of the first fit and I am sure the second fit will be as good”

“I was very pleased with my wardrobes - the designer and installer came when they said they would, as did the delivery of the wardrobes themselves. I was particularly impressed with the single installer who worked hard and did a really good job, by himself. I would have no hesitation in going back to Sharps if I needed anything else fitted in the flat. Very surprised at some of the negative feedback.”

“Sharps just fitted our wardrobes. We paid £10K. I was a bit alarmed when the materials arrived that there was so much chip board...I expected all wood. That said...the guy who fitted them was brilliant and the wardrobes look tremendous and seem very sturdy...so I'm very pleased. However, having paid £10K I was very upset to find the left overs dumped at the side of my house. I'll have to make 3 runs to the LA tip to get rid of it. Unbelievable!”

“I have had my Sharps bedroom for a while now and really love it. My bedroom is my favourite room. I also highly recommend the sales rep we had, she was lovely and nothing was to much trouble”

“We had great service from Sharps when we ordered our 5-door wardrobe and alcove bookcases. Really prompt response to our initial enquiry, the consultant that came out was really helpful and friendly - and he came on a Sunday which was great given that we work full-time. The fitter was also great, although he did leave quite a lot of spare wood behind which was a pain to get rid of. We are really happy with the products. They are great quality and look brilliant. I think we could have got cheaper elsewhere but we needed to buy them on credit so this was a perfect solution for us. Rebecca Love”

“The experience was good, sales weren't too pushy and installation was on time and to a good standard. For the cost I would have expected the fitter to take all waste with him. He brought all the boxes downstairs but it was left in all of our recycling and bins rather than being taken away in a van.”
