“Initial problems over agreeing a convenient fitting date as Sharps didn't offer any flexibility. Actually very pleased with final installation which transformed an awkward- shaped bedroom. The fitter handled a difficult job very competently .”

“was pleased with the service received and finish of product good although the screws used for the handles were burred and sharp and had to be smoothed off. However was not pleased to be left with boxes of offcuts and lots of other rubbish especially after phoning sharps and being told this rubbish would be collected but never was. would think for the price paid any excess rubbish would be taken away.”

“Some confusion with delivery of bedroom units, but this was eventually sorted. Otherwise we were very satisfied with the quality of the products and the determination of the fitter to ensure that we were entirely happy.”

“There was some confusion with delivery of the wardrobe units, but this was dealt with. Otherwise, we were very satisfied with the quality of the units and impressed with the fitter, who could not do enough to ensure that we were happy with the results. A minor problem with the gap in the doors of one unit was dealt with quickly and efficiently.”

“I was very impressed with the communication from the company ...I was kept upto date all the time with phone calls regarding delivery and fitting . The fitter was on time and left the room very tidy. I was a little disappointed however with the fact although off cuts and rubbish was left tidy and bagged, I as the customer had to get rid of this at the tip. But I would recommend the product and the company and love the new wardrobe.”

“We are pleased with our fitted wardrobes plus vanity/desk area which suits the rather smallish area but giving lots of hanging and drawer space. The fitter was very competent and considerate and did a good job.”

“I had both my boys' bedrooms and our spare room fitted with Sharps wardrobes. The consultant, Jo Dolman, was excellent - she took me through all the options and guided me whenever I needed help. The fitting took place promptly and it was all very smooth. I was so pleased with the end result that I had Jo back the following year to do our main bedroom dressing area and my daughter's room. As pleased second time round as I was the first.”

“I ordered fitted wardrobes for the box room of my new home. The planner came round and went through everything thoroughly and I was happy with what I picked, there was a little bit of pressure to order there and then but I wanted my partner, who works away in the week, to have a look and check he was happy before I ordered. Once I had placed the order and the final measurements were taken an appointment was booked for fitting. The fitter arrived at 8am as requested as I had to go to work. I went home at lunch time to check and all was well. I was expecting it to be all complete when I got home at 5pm... no... the fitter was still there. I had to go to my second job that night so had no choice but to leave him again. I managed to get away at 7pm to go and check everything and lock up but he was still there... thankfully just packing up. I ended up telling him to leave the cleaning and i did it myself. 11 hours for a 4 door wardrobe. The only thing I was disappointed with was that there is no backs to the wardrobes so if I redecorate my room I am going to have to either leave the wall behind the colour it is or try and paint around it. Other than that i am very happy with my wardrobes and I would reccommend Sharps.”

“We had absolutely no problem, from the initial consultation, to the fitting and checking. All paperwork was filled in, documents arrived in post, visits all happened as promised, and the man who fitted the wardrobes was very thorough and helpful, even doing a little extra on request. All in all, very happy with the service. Mr and Mrs Nesbitt”

“had fitted wardrbes fitted in bedroom happy the service everything went as planned no hold ups installer was first class tradesman and did an excellant job .Couple of negative points slightly over priced for materials used and Sharps commitment to you that they will contact you on conpletion to ensure you have no queries and are happy with the installation two months later still waiting Sharps Thomas Tait”

“Beautiful, high quality fitted wardrobes which have totally transformed our master bedroom. The end-to-end service was excellent overall. The only disappointing element was the lack of flexibility offered with respect to the delivery and installation. Had it not been for the poor services during this aspect of the sale, Sharps would have got 5 stars from us!”
