“Really happy with the service overall, from design, to customer services, to finished product. I must say I did appreciate the fitter who came out at 7.30am on the dot as promised and worked to 6pm each day to ensure job was done. I changed my design spec too and Sharps accommodated the change. I would use Sharps again without hesitation. We opted for the grey slate wardrobes, they look stunning”

“The finished look was let down by a couple of points. 1. one of the drawer handles did not hold it's screw thread so was always loose. 2. the bedside drawers did not fit properly when closed - a half inch gap at the top when the bottom shut properly. This could only be seen when viewed from the side but we knew it was there. The fitter told us he's one of the top 3/5 fitters in the country and we were lucky to have him. He was very good and the cutting was excellent - however, for some one rated so highly, he should have noticed the two issues above. When I pointed the handle out to the fitter (by email) he told me that one has been ordered and should be with me shortly. It was and I fitted it myself. The delivery was excellent, though 1 part was damaged and one top was too short and was reordered. Fortunately we're both retired so didn't need to take extra time off. The design was quite good but have to be adjusted following the surveyors visit as the initial design wouldn't fit. Over all I'm happy with the look and space created and would recommend to friends / family but with the proviso that they stay close to the whole project.”

“love our new wardrobe. delivered within 5 days after confirming the design. and the installer came at 7:30 am each day to complete the 2 days job. only one thing made the whole experience less pleasant is the rubbish collection. waited 2 weeks for all the rubbish to be removed.”

“Sharps failed to deliver the two bedside cabinets that were ordered meaning the one day off work to wait in for the delivery and one day off work to wait in for the installation turned into numerous days of chasing to find out where the units were and another day off to wait in for the next delivery and another day off to wait in for the next installation. Also, when the wardrobes were fitted, each of the hanging rails was fitted a different length which was incorrect and made each wardrobe have a different look completely negating the symmetrical look that had been designed for me. This also meant yet another day off for a delivery of new hanging rails, plus a day off for someone to rectify the issue. Sharps' products are very expensive in my view and all in all, this was an extremely frustrating and disappointing service which I don't think I'd rush to recommend to friends and family or use again myself.”

“Our experience of Sharps Bedrooms was very good. We've never purchased any built-in furniture before, but we wanted a fitted bedroom so got a quote from Sharps. The first visit to measure up was very easy and stress free - we were expecting some dodgy salesman to try the hard sell on us, but it was quite the opposite. The designer (not salesman) was very friendly and professional, and left all the decisions to us (along with recommending a few changes which worked to our advantage) - certainly no hard sell. Having decided to go with Sharps, the next steps in arranging delivery and a date for the installation went smoothly, and once the fitter arrived, we were very pleased on how tidy and competently he worked to fit the bedroom. He finished half a day early and it looks great. Overall, very pleased with the service and would certainly recommend.”

“I am delighted with the job as I now have a lot of additional storage space. One of the vouchers came in handy. However, I couldn't find a carpet of my choice at the store where a voucher could have been used.”

“planner gave us what we wanted, the only thing was the joiner had to come back through faults on the door handle and the white finish on the wardrobes wasn't quite as good as we thought.”

“I had some wardrobes fitted in my bedroom in may this year, and was so pleased with the result that I have just had some more fitted in another room. They look great, very practical in using up all the space available and I would recommend the company and their staff to anyone. Jan (Beckenham)”

“From start to finish the staff at Sharps were helpful and listened to everything we wanted. Our wardrobes were not easy to design and they did a wonderful job. The final wardrobes make the bedroom look amazing and we could not be happier.”

“I asked for a quote because there was a half price offer on at the time. The measure and design service was excellent, very informative and quite relaxed - no pressure to buy. I was pleased with the quotation and booked their service on the day which gave me an extra discount. All timescales went to plan. Contact and communication was excellent all the way through. The paperwork was clearly marked with payment dates and amounts. The fitter worked all day without a break and made sure I was happy with the wardrobes before he left. It is a few months on now and the wardrobes are still looking and feeling good and have helped me use limited space to the full.”

“The worst service I have ever received. We ordered a fitted wardrobe and the builder messed up the build and walked out during the fit. Customer service was terrible. I work a full job so asked them to help me out and get a new builder in to look later in the day as I had left work early twice and could no longer get out. They pretended to try but in the end, my partner had to take 1/2 a day off work. Then they promised to find a builder to come in but customer service just leave work and don't bother to reply or help even when they say they will get back to you that evening. They are very quick to take your money but not so quick when problems arise”

“We found the service from the gentleman who did the initial design excellent. He spent a good amount of time drawing up what we needed and a later alteration was easily accommodated. The fitter worked extremely hard and the overall look is great, providing us with some extra space using the sliding doors. I do think that Sharps could stress a bit more how important it is for the fitter to have space to work and that you cannot sleep in the room during fitting.”
