“We have had 2 separate installations from Sharps this year. The first was a fitted wardrobe in our guest room. We were delighted with it, it is very good quality and gives us exactly the storage we wanted. The fitter was very pleasant, cleared up very well when he had finished, altogether excellent. The second was a cupboard on the landing, as before the quality is good, and the cupboard fills our need exactly. However the fitter was not nearly so good, the cupboard doors do not meet very well and the handles are not perfectly in line. Also he did not clear up at all, and even tried to wipe up a glue mark with a bit of spittle! Shame, as the basic quality is as good as the wardrobe. Prue and Brian Briggs”

“When we moved into our home in 2012 we got Sharps to build a wardrobe to fit the slope of the ceiling in one of the upstairs bedroom. They result was exactly as we had envisaged and we were very pleased with the standard of workmanship. A great deal of effort was put into the planning of the drawings with the measurements being checked and rechecked before the work started and this showed in the final result. We were so satisfied that we returned to Sharps the following year to have a similar job done on the other bedroom with similar satisfaction. Well done Sharps!!! Mhoraig.”

“I was very impressed with the service I received from Sharps and will definitely be using them again. “Fitter was excellent neat, tidy and skilled. We did not know he was coming as date had not been set, luckily we were in. Planning was quick. We were actively discouraged from using credit at this stage”

“My initial thoughts were that I had paid too much for the fitted wardrobes I had ordered, but the quality product delivered and installed was well worth the financial outlay. Installation was by a very professional joiner who worked all day and paid great attention to detail. I am very happy with the finished product. Mr M Smith - Formby”

“Initially the quote was expensive but then the agreed price was much more reasonable. Great communication throughout the process, making appointments etc. Finshed product looks great. Very pleased with the flexibility in terms of delivery dates and fitting dates. Great job, thank you. Ali”

“From entering the shop, a very prompt appointment was made for our free consultation. Phillip arrived on time and measured up and gave us all the different options and prices and an excellent plan of how our bedroom would look. We signed up and gave our deposit. The materials arrived on the day agreed and the joiner arrived a little late but we had been notified by the office ahead of time that this was the case, due to a delay with a previous client. The joiner finished everything in one day and worked extremely hard. We were very surprised he managed to do such a lot of work in one day. We were very pleased with the results and now have four times the space we had previously in a much more organised way. I would recommend Sharps without hesitation from the experience we had. From the designer to the surveyor and then the fitter each one of them worked tirelessly and diligently to ensure that I was pleased with my bedrooms. I would recommend Sharps to everyone. “Once I decided what type of wardrobe I required, process itself was quicker than expected and all promised visits and timetables were adhered to. There are possibly cheaper wardrobe manufactures, but so far (after 3 months), we are happy with result.”

“The surveyor came at the designated time and advised us fully the best option for our bedroom furniture. The order was executed within the timescale given, and the fitter also carried out his work in an excellent manner. I would definately use Sharps again for a first class fitted bedroom. “Everyone I came into contact with was very polite and helpful. Everything was carried out quickly and efficiently. I am very pleased with the finished product. I had thought there would have been a follow up call a few days after the work was carried out to see if I was satisfied. Had there been, I would have expressed my delight in the work but also my disappointment that I was left to dispose of the rubbish. The room was left clean but after the workman had gone I discovered that he had left cardboard, packaging, off cuts of wood and black sacks of rubbish on my driveway. I had to arrange (and pay) to have it taken away. I thought that with the price paid to you, disposal of rubbish would have been included. It is something you might consider as part of your service in the future. Mrs S C Wright”
