“The surveyor came at the designated time and advised us fully the best option for our bedroom furniture. The order was executed within the timescale given, and the fitter also carried out his work in an excellent manner. I would definately use Sharps again for a first class fitted bedroom. John and Jan Tink”

“Everyone I came into contact with was very polite and helpful. Everything was carried out quickly and efficiently. I am very pleased with the finished product. I had thought there would have been a follow up call a few days after the work was carried out to see if I was satisfied. Had there been, I would have expressed my delight in the work but also my disappointment that I was left to dispose of the rubbish. The room was left clean but after the workman had gone I discovered that he had left cardboard, packaging, off cuts of wood and black sacks of rubbish on my driveway. I had to arrange (and pay) to have it taken away. I thought that with the price paid to you, disposal of rubbish would have been included. It is something you might consider as part of your service in the future. Mrs S C Wright”

“Generally my experience with Sharps was Good. The Fitter was polite, tidy and very fast managing to complete within one day. The reason I didn't give this as Very good was nothing to do with the Fitter but the pre-sales service. It was only at the point of delivery that I realised there were no backs or sides to the wardrobes, this hadn't been explained to me previously - which would have been nice as all the pictures I looked at had backs. Also - everyone I spoke to expected me to give my card number and security details to the people that visited my house which is a huge security risk. It was only when I refused and phone Sharps that they said that they shouldn't be asking for them. Training needs to happen. But generally - I'm very pleased with my fitting although I did get a substantial discount and wouldn't have purchased at full price. Bryony Clark”

“This is our first time using sharps and it won't be the last! From start to finish we were highly impressed with all aspects of service received. The designer listened carefully to our requirements and his design exceed our expectations. The fitter arrived promptly and completed the job to very high standards. The quality of materials were second to none and we are so happy with the completed room. It is worth every penny Mr Dunbobbin”

“I popped into the store just to get an idea of what I could get done for my bedroom and the lady that assisted us was very helpful, not pushy at all, but gave all the information I needed. An appointment was booked for someone to come to my house and offer some ideas for the space and to give me a price. I liked what I heard, placed the order and the work took place on the day scheduled and I am very happy with the result.”

“I moved in to my new property in July and arranged to fitted a wardrobe by Sharps in August. I was reading the review online and seeing many people moan about the delivery day and installation day is not going to be the same and this caused a lot problems. So we decided to push them as close as possible. Initially when the surveyor came he said that they cannot arrange the installation within two days after the delivery. So we said that we have to cancel it in this case. He left for about 5 minutes and came back said that they can do it (old trick). Eventually we did it. I have to say the quality of Sharps is excellent. And the fitter is nice and friendly. I definitely will recommend Sharps and will come back to them for my next property. Isabella Zhang”

“I am very pleased with the service i received from sharps from start to finish. The lady who came to my house to discuss and design my wardrobe gave me lots of designs and options and seemed very experienced in what she was doing, my only negative comment would be that it seemed to be very unrealistic that to start off with the wardrobe should have been £12000.00 but there was about 5 different offers on that brought the price down to £3500.00, i feel that i was just told that to make me feel like i was getting a good deal. The gent who came to fit my wardrobe was very punctual and professional and left the room tidy and it was finished within the timescale i was told. I would certainly recommend sharps to anybody as I absolutely LOVE my wardrobe. Suzy Dyer”

“We had bought a new house & desperately needed wardrobe space. Sharps were fantastic. From design to installation was just 3/4 weeks & to fit two bedrooms with wardrobes & one with chest of drawers took just ONE day. I cannot recommend Sharps highly enough.”

“very poor customer service. We had 2 jobs to be done - shelving in living room and bedroom units. Both jobs were to be done together but the fitter cancelled on the day he was due. The job was then divided in 2 but in both cases it was a struggle to get anyone to come and do the work. We rearranged a holiday to return on one occasion and again on the day you tried to cancel. Only upon great insistence was the job done on the day arranged. I was not impressed and would not use sharps again.”

“we had a brilliant designer (Sue Sharpe) who created exactly what we wanted. Pleased with the result although the whole experience was rather marred by the fitter who making sexist comments. We are hoping eventually to get bedside tables to match.”

“From the first phone call arranging the initial appointment to the finished job only three weeks later, we received excellent service - communication was outstanding as well as the finished articles - 2 sets of wardrobes in our loft conversion. The units fit perfectly into the sloping roof and look so good. We are delighted.”

“I was very surprised when a woman come to measure up but my what a good job she did also the fitter I had was brilliant he kept checking that everything was what I wanted and he even cleaned up when he finished would certainly recommend them well pleased”

“We were disappointed that our original design was changed between the salesman's visit and the subsequent draughtsman's visit. We did not notice the discrepancy until the fitter had almost finished the job. However, he made a reasonable adjustment which we agreed to at the time but have since found rather difficult to use. We were pleased with the fitter, who worked extremely hard to finish the job in the time we requested, but I was extremely disappointed with his quite poor clean up. He used only a dustpan and brush when I consider that an industrial vacuum cleaner was essential. Despite the above comments we are very pleased with the finished product.”
