The brochure offered a good insight to what we required the salesman came out gave us a decent quote ( though got his measurements wrong good job a assessor comes out to check everything is correct ) .The fitter came on time and did a great job

We have not ended up with what was designed and paid for, very disapointing. A shelf was supposed to be fitted above the bed. We were told by customer services that because of health and safety issues it was not possible. This was on the day of installation when I complained to customer services because fitter know nothing about it. This is despite a surveyor visiting after the initial planning stage to ensure that everything would go ahead as planned, he made no reference to the fact it couldn't be done. Also, shelves were supposed to be fitted in the bridge unit. Again fitter knew nothing about it. They said they would order the shelves for the bridge and revisit. This is more time to be wasted. Overall, very disappointed

From choosing our wardrobes to the designer and fitter that came to our house, all of them were very helpful and professional. I am delighted with my wardrobes. They are well built and look beautiful.

Everything!! Parts missing, serious delays, awful customer service, poor workmanship, damage to our property by their staff. Had it all removed and full refund. Can't advise people to stay away from them strongly enough.

I booked a visit by one of the designers, he was due today for which I took a day out of work, I was called forty five minutes prior to the meeting to be told by customer service he had to go to A&E. I was offered the same designer later this week, how urgent an A&E issue is it that you can book the same person in a day to forty eight hours later? When I expressed my annoyance at my time being wasted and the frustration to an appointment later this week, the customer service representative's attitude changed to one of indifference and an eagerness to leave the call. No apology was offered. My honest opinion is I was bumped by the designer in favour of another call, I would hate to think its just laziness or profitability that kept him from the appointment. I will not be using this company again Mr Swift

We were happy with the planning, design and fitting of our bedroom The designer was patient, listened to our ideas and tried a few different options to get the most out of the space we had. The delivery and installation was completed within the planned time frame with the products being well built and sturdy Overall we were pleased with the finished product/room Although during the planning design and fitting stages there was regular communication with Sharps there was nothing in the way of after sales; courtesy call, satisfaction or evaluation. Thought that computerised images would have also been used to illustrate designs during planning visit instead of drawings.

I would thoroughly recommend Sharps bedrooms to anyone. The staff all appear to be as helpful as they can possibly be - everyone representing the company turned up on the day that they were expected - the designer, measurement checker and fitter - even the follow up engineer (when we had a problem with one of the cupboards opening.) They all took great care and were very professional and courteous. The fitter who built the cupboards was amazing as he started off with just endless planks of wood and turned them into beautiful wardrobes which fitted the awkward angles of our bedroom perfectly. We visited the show room in Milton Keynes where we could see a full range of all the different styles of cupboards and fittings available and that was great in helping us make up our minds as to what we wanted. My only negative comment at all is that we were not given a time, only a date, for the follow up engineer's visit and it would have been helpful to know approximately he would turn up. (morning or afternoon)

I am generally happy with the fittings and the fitter. The finish of the under stair storage cupboard is good.

Like the finished product, staff very helpful and pleasant throughout. I did find it rather expensive for what we actually had done and thought for the price the room would have been cleaned to a reasonable standard and rubbish removed

Still awaiting fitting, date was agreed Thursday 29th September to complete Friday 30th and living in a one bedroom house we had to move out on Tuesday 27th when delivery was made and stay in bed and breakfast. Have now heard from the fitter to say he will not arrive until "some time Friday afternoon" and wants to work all weekend, two days overdue at additional cost to us. Having contacted Sharps they accepted no responsibility and refused to reimburse our additional costs. Not impressed with customer service

Used co. suggests by your sales man. To remove furniture, roll back carpet and move bed. Took 10 days, before units were usable. 8am day 1 items removed, day 2 14.30 delivery day 4/5 fit, day 10 carpet cut/refit. Stressful and disruptive times.

well designed to get the most out of the space we had. very well built and sturdy with reliable workman. the job was completed in the time as planned with little disruption to the house

Overall very happy with the finished product and delighted with the fitter. he was a craftsman. Considering the price of the units I have to say that the unit material wqs not as robust as I expected. It looks great though. Also, I was surprised that there were no linings inside the units, unlike the old units that I took out. I should have been made aware of this as painting walls after units have been installed was not half as easy as doing it beforehand.

Sharps provide the best fitted bedroom, I've used them 3 times over the last 9 years and the standard is excellent.

The designer was very patient, listened to my requirements and was willing to try a few different options. The fitter was excellent and I'm delighted with the result. Everyone came at the time they said and were all business-like, efficient & professional. The only slight problems were that all the wood had to be delivered 5 days before the fitter came, which was longer than I'd been given to expect, and was a bit of a nuisance in the bedroom, though carefully & neatly stacked. Also I had a couple of 'phone messages left asking me to ring to arrange delivery etc., but when I called back I was told it was the wrong office or else no-one knew why I'd called. Apart from those minor things, I was very impressed with the service and the end result.

We have been happy with the planning, design and fitting of our bedroom which were all first class. However after sales service has been appalling! A week is so after installation, a couple of the door handles came off and would not screw back on. I rang and on that occasion, two new handles were posted out to us. However this has been a recurring problem the screws don't seem to be long enough and after a couple of pulls the handles come off both on cupboards and drawers. I have rung customer services on three occasions in the last six weeks and each time been promised a call back re someone coming to assess the problem. Still waiting. Not happy!!

Quality of product better than expected, the team's workflow management was excellent - so scheduling in the planner and fitter were very easy and very prompt - puts other companies to shame. Thank you Sharps, would definitely recommend you.
