well designed to get the most out of the space we had. very well built and sturdy with reliable workman. the job was completed in the time as planned with little disruption to the house

Overall very happy with the finished product and delighted with the fitter. he was a craftsman. Considering the price of the units I have to say that the unit material wqs not as robust as I expected. It looks great though. Also, I was surprised that there were no linings inside the units, unlike the old units that I took out. I should have been made aware of this as painting walls after units have been installed was not half as easy as doing it beforehand.

Sharps provide the best fitted bedroom, I've used them 3 times over the last 9 years and the standard is excellent.

The designer was very patient, listened to my requirements and was willing to try a few different options. The fitter was excellent and I'm delighted with the result. Everyone came at the time they said and were all business-like, efficient & professional. The only slight problems were that all the wood had to be delivered 5 days before the fitter came, which was longer than I'd been given to expect, and was a bit of a nuisance in the bedroom, though carefully & neatly stacked. Also I had a couple of 'phone messages left asking me to ring to arrange delivery etc., but when I called back I was told it was the wrong office or else no-one knew why I'd called. Apart from those minor things, I was very impressed with the service and the end result.

We have been happy with the planning, design and fitting of our bedroom which were all first class. However after sales service has been appalling! A week is so after installation, a couple of the door handles came off and would not screw back on. I rang and on that occasion, two new handles were posted out to us. However this has been a recurring problem the screws don't seem to be long enough and after a couple of pulls the handles come off both on cupboards and drawers. I have rung customer services on three occasions in the last six weeks and each time been promised a call back re someone coming to assess the problem. Still waiting. Not happy!!

Quality of product better than expected, the team's workflow management was excellent - so scheduling in the planner and fitter were very easy and very prompt - puts other companies to shame. Thank you Sharps, would definitely recommend you.

What absolutely terrible service from Sharps. I paid £18,000 for four bedrooms to be fitted with wardrobes - what I wasn't told was that the bedrooms would be used as the "workshop".!! All the cutting talked places in the actual room leaving. behind the most terrible mess!! My freshly painted walls were left orange from all the dust and it was impossible to remove!! I contacted sharps who couldn't have cared less and I was told that it was mentioned in a leaflet (which I did not receive) that they use the bedroom as the workshop although I doubt the leaflet says it leaves your walls coated in orange dust!! So unless you want to redecorate the whole upstairs of your house don't use Sharps!!

Our salesman was prompt, friendly and efficient. The space we wanted our wardrobes was challenging with a deep pitched roof. He visited us twice and the final drawings were great. He also came back to meet with the surveyor to discuss the plans which ensured the plans were clear and possible. The installation engineer worked very efficiently. He worked hard on a four day install and always left the rooms clean and tidy at the end of the day. Overall a very positive experience and I would recommend Sharps to anyone.

The surveyor came ticked a box without discussing stating no sockets to be moved! They will be behind the newly fitted wardrobes! Not a problem but when our electrician came to look at the plans to discover where new sockets to be put - be careful because Sharps do not supply you with this information! I had to ring and request these over the phone. The gentleman then gave the wrong width of the dressing table and so all the sockets are now in the wrong place! have to move 5 sockets at my cost!! Currently in dispute with Sharps over this. How come other companies ho charge less give you all this information at less cost!!

The salesman came out to give us a quote etc , fine , this was then followed by the surveyor X coming out saying the design was impossible to do . At this point we contacted the salesman and told him we did not want to go ahead paying the deposit based on the surveyors findings , I was assured he would ring head office and cancel . He said he would contact me the following day to discuss getting another surveyor out . The next day there was no call from salesman and our deposit was taken . I then phoned the salesman who did not ring me back but sent a txt the next morning saying he would speak to the office ! Extremely poor experience not what you would expect from such a large company .

I'm generally pleased with final product however there is a scratch on a mirror that I'm still waiting for someone to contact me about - I thought I'd wait to see how long it would take - still waiting! Also it's inconvenient waiting in for delivery of new mirror + fitter! Ive already had to wait in extra days because one of the cupboard doors was missing, and 2 mirrors already had to be reordered. I found the planning stages frustrating because the timings kept changing. I was initially told it would take one and a half days but eventually told up to 4 days fitting plus separate delivery day. Also no-one could confirm dates until a week before which was annoying as I had to take time off work - the dates + times were then changed a few days before. On the actual day of delivery and fitting it was totally different to what I was told! I also didn't realise that the furniture would be left in such a state covered in glue and dust!

Customer careless.Wardrobes fitted end of June 2016 and mid September still waiting for sharps to rectify the poor finishing and bad fitting. The caulking was appalling and patchy in parts with missing bits. Their fitting manager said some of their fitters caulk the inside and some fitters don't! I could have done a lot better. Also, damaged our new wallpaper in various places plus the ceiling.The one wardrobe was not built to our specification and initially they tried to deny what we had asked to be done. Basically did not believe our word until their own photos proved we were telling the truth. 2 weeks after admitting they would put it write its still dragging on with no sense of urgency and we have not got a bedroom back in use as it will have to be rebuilt. We had ordered the bedroom carpet to be fitted after sharps had finished in June and again we have arranged for it to be fitted but sharps not bothered with customer care .We will have to cancel carpet again. We are livid with sharps but they have offered no compensation or a date when they will correct their poor workmanship. The materials are less than what we expected for paying over £3k and not fitted up to a quality standard. maybe that is sharps standard. We had anticipated doing 2 more bedrooms with Sharps but they don't care about after sales service or complaints, so they have lost the business.

The fitted wardrobes in my daughters room look stylish ,modern and is well worth the money.From being designed to the fitter who put them up was excellent and I would recommend Sharps to any one

The fitting ( and fitter) were very good. The large wardrobe fits well in the bedroom and is convenient to use, with good storage space. Finish, including the top of the bedside units, is excellent, and appears water resistant, and smear resistant to marks from water-glasses. We are pleased we chose Sharps and had it fitted.

Our bedroom is now complete and the Sharps built in wardrobes are the final piece of the jigsaw. We are expecting our first baby in 6 weeks so wanted the room finished and looking amazing and the wardrobes have added to the lovely feeling you get when you walk into the bedroom, it feels piece full, welcoming and homely and we love them. Lots of room for both our clothes, shoe racks for the Mrs show collection and enough shelving for all our clothes - very happy with the outcome and would recommend Sharps again and again.

My fitted wardrobes look brilliant in my bedroom. I saved up and waited a long time for them and they were worth every penny. The fitter did an excellent job and tidied up well after him. Fuelled with cups of tea he worked none stop to complete the work in one day even though he was challenged with fitting shelves around a recess. Thank you Sharps.

Couldn't fault the service from our initial enquiry to the designer, surveyor and especially the fitter. The advice and attention to detail from all was exceptional as was the product. Not the cheapest company around but this is where the old adage 'You get what you pay for.' really is true. Have and will continue to recommend Sharps.

Efficient service overall. Messed about a bit initially with agreed dates of installation, hence 4 stars, but resolved quickly and the bouquet of flowers received as an apology sweetened the inconvenience. Very efficient service from the fitter, soon installed the wardrobes and didn't inconvenience us that much. Received advice throughout choosing the design. Might be worth providing samples of handles as we're finding the ones we've chosen have sharp edges :-/
