“I absolutely adore my French Boutique Bedroom! I am extremely pleased with the customer service Sharps offered. I would certainly recommend them to family and friends. The fitting was very professional. The end product is extremely strong and just as I wanted it. I now want to spend more time in my beautiful bedroom! Thank you Sharps!”

“We were very pleased with the whole Sharps experience from start to finish. The consultant was very professional and helpful, the quality of the product was exceptional and the fitters were very good. I would strongly recommend Sharps to my friends. I would suggest that they should think about offering 0% finance to attract more customers as their payment options are quite limited for a company of their size.”

“I had both my boys' bedrooms and our spare room fitted with Sharps wardrobes. The consultant, Jo Dolman, was excellent - she took me through all the options and guided me whenever I needed help. The fitting took place promptly and it was all very smooth. I was so pleased with the end result that I had Jo back the following year to do our main bedroom dressing area and my daughter's room. As pleased second time round as I was the first.”

“First class service from Sharps from initial call to arrange a designer right through to installation of the wardrobes. Finish job is just as it was designed and looks absolutely fabulous. I particularly like the end shelving that was installed where I couldn't get the wardrobe to go right to end. The shelves (bookcase) look amazing. Very pleased with this bespoke fitted wardrobe and of course it comes with 12 year guarantee so piece of mind for 12 years. Well worth the price!”

“Going on previous reports of Sharps built-in wardrobes and furniture we were expecting a real top class product especially for the amount of money spent. We were however rather disappointed with the product which is not particularly solid and the hinges fitted to the doors are so flimsy we expect they will fail or the doors will drop before long. The chest of drawers and bedside tables are not good quality for the price and no better than much cheaper flat packed furniture obtainable from any on-line retailer. The actual fitting experience was rather fraught with damage to the brand new ceiling (the fitter denied it was his fault) necessitating a complete re-paint. A mirror was also missed off the order and had to be fitted retrospectively along with some other adjustments to stop doors hitting walls. All in all a disappointing and expensive experience and we subsequently would not recommend Sharps to any of our acquaintances.”

“BE WARNED DO NOT USE SHARPS PLEASE READ BELOW. Wardrobe not made to design drawing, complaint made immediately to fitter, this was ignored he continued to make up wardrobe. I cannot open the wardrobe door fully to pull out drawers, as it is built to close to my wall/window, bedside cabinet to high I would hit my head on it, had to relocate cabinet else where in the room, shoe rack to high dresses over hang on the shoe rack. Called office, they sent an inspector, he agreed this was wrongly fitted. Phone calls not returned emails not replied to, this has gone on now for 7 months. Manager said, I, yes, I would have to pay for the wardrobe to be refitted, I would also have to pay for my carpet to be pulled up and relayed take our bed out of the room for refitting, where am I supposed to place a king size bed in an average size house ?? I sent photographs on request, I had to chase up with more calls and emails, I was told they had not been received, however when sent again, they had received them, it was the same email address copied and pasted across. I still have not heard anything from them with to the outcome of my unusable wardrobe and dissatisfaction. Even thought the inspector ( their internal inspector) agreed it was not built to the design specifications. I had a call from the store where I made my appointment, gave them feedback of the horrific experience, she ( Julie) promised the manager would be in touch, no returned call, not surprised with the months and months of let down promises. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. USE HAMMOND'S, LESS EXPENSIVE AND MUCH BETTER CUSTOMER FEED BACK. Unfortunately My case is still on going”

“I have a Sharps Fitted Wardrobe. Sharps gave a terrific service. I already had a built-in wardrobe which I wanted replaced and improved. The surveyor who called not only measured up but also had really good ideas about improving the wardrobe and helped choose the materials and the colours. His help was invaluable and very welcome! The fitters were also excellent and did a first class job. The end result is a beautifully fitted wardrobe which is a feature of my bedroom. Of course, I had to redecorate the rest of the bedroom to match the standard of this stunning wardrobe!”

“I ordered fitted wardrobes for the box room of my new home. The planner came round and went through everything thoroughly and I was happy with what I picked, there was a little bit of pressure to order there and then but I wanted my partner, who works away in the week, to have a look and check he was happy before I ordered. Once I had placed the order and the final measurements were taken an appointment was booked for fitting. The fitter arrived at 8am as requested as I had to go to work. I went home at lunch time to check and all was well. I was expecting it to be all complete when I got home at 5pm... no... the fitter was still there. I had to go to my second job that night so had no choice but to leave him again. I managed to get away at 7pm to go and check everything and lock up but he was still there... thankfully just packing up. I ended up telling him to leave the cleaning and i did it myself. 11 hours for a 4 door wardrobe. The only thing I was disappointed with was that there is no backs to the wardrobes so if I redecorate my room I am going to have to either leave the wall behind the colour it is or try and paint around it. Other than that i am very happy with my wardrobes and I would reccommend Sharps.”

“We had absolutely no problem, from the initial consultation, to the fitting and checking. All paperwork was filled in, documents arrived in post, visits all happened as promised, and the man who fitted the wardrobes was very thorough and helpful, even doing a little extra on request. All in all, very happy with the service. Mr and Mrs Nesbitt”

“built in wardrobes at the end of a small box bedroom. Lovely. It seemed a long process from quote to architect to delivering and two whole days to fit( which I thought was a long time). The end product is lovely though, as it should be as they were quite expensive. Mr & Mrs Pitts Salisbury”

“I had high hopes of getting my bedroom wardrobes fitted in line with the company's promise. However, having taken an afternoon off to meet the surveyor and sent endless emails and made lots of calls I haven't had so much as a response. They were quick to take a deposit but don't seem interested in delivering a service. I am appalled.”
