“From the initial call all appointments were kept on time. The salesman and the surveyor were professional and punctual.If I had to call Sharps offices at any time was always easy to get through and to get answers. The fitter was excellent , really careful clean and prepared to work very late to get the job done in days allocated. Overall really pleased. On delivery thought the product itself could be better quality for the money but once fitted seems strong enough .”

“The overall service from Sharps Bedrooms was excellent. From the initial designer visiting to the installation, the service was professional and punctual. The designer had some great suggestions that helped maximise space and save costs. The end product delivered on quality and workmanship, I'd recommend Sharps for anyone looking for storage or space solutions in their home.”

“The salesman, surveyor and delivery men were very professional. We were also very pleased with the fitter who worked tirelessly. He had a particularly difficult job as none of the walls or ceilings are straight in our old house. However, we were assured that the offcuts of wood etc would be removed the next day, but they weren't. The overall look of the corner wardrobe is great but the self closing drawers aren't very efficient and need 'help'. The double hanging space was a good idea but as it criss-crosses it is difficult to take advantage of all the hanging space. Having said all that, would I recommend Sharps to my friends? - yes. Would I use Sharps again? Definitely!”

“Love the finished product which has transformed our bedroom and deserves 5 stars. I have given 4 as I asked not to be contacted til Friday ( initial visit Tuesday) as I was going into hospital. The sales girl agreed to this and indicated she would make a note to this effect. By Friday I had received a voicemail every day from Sharps with the member of staff actually sounding fed-up leaving the final message.”

“From start to finish of my bedroom project,the timetable,service and professionalism was first class. The visit to the showroom was a pleasant and informative experience..The girl who came to our house to discuss prices etc was very pleasant and knowledgeable.The surveyor who followed later was also very professional and polite.The delivery men also were so friendly and careful in dropping off the goods.Finally the installer was very thorough and assembled with the minimum of disruption in our house.As a result the whole experience was so smooth from start to finish.Its how all projects should be completed.”

“Delighted with our new furniture, - a set of wardrobes and some bookshelves and 'over' cupboards. Also a seat in an alcove with four drawers. Super fitters who cracked on! Not so delighted with the after service. Have had no response from Sharps to my after-service questionnaire. Also, have a large pile of offcuts which seem to be our responsibility to get rid of (in small print). For these two last reasons, only 4 stars.”

“The whole process went really smoothly and the end product looks really good - was super impressed with the installation process as the contractor they sent out was very thorough and left the bedroom spotless. I would of given 5 stars if it wasn't for the fact the designer forgot to tell me to tick the box to opt out of third party marketing and as such my details have been passed on to another company. I would also prefer if they had a more transparent pricing model but it is what it is. - I would still use again.”

“The end product of a fitted wardrobe in two bedrooms is a practical, smart solution to storage in a small two bedroom bungalow. However!, the three day installation guide was a joke. It took 8 working days. The highly skilled cabinet maker was new to the firm and had not had sufficient training to complete the job so the company took him off the job for two days to get him up to speed - meanwhile back at the ranch we were sleeping on the sofa/floor for the entire installation. The designer was not aware that the company had changed the depth of the internal drawer inserts so we complained to the company and they were not helpful at all - put up or shut up. All the furniture and the carpets had to be removed for the fitting.Parts had to be re-ordered as they had been damaged in transit - not once but twice! We are pleased with the end product but would we recommend Sharpes? Its the solutions to arising problems and how they are dealt with that makes the difference and the office managers need more training on that front, there was no desire to remedy situations only empty words and promising return phone calls that did not materialize.”

“We are very happy with our bedroom furniture. The service we received was good throughout. Salesman was good and not pushy. All meetings/work was completed as planned. The final appearance of the work was good. Overall as described but expensive.”
