“A really easy site to use lots of information to help you get started and how it all works. I have tried lots of diets before and this seems just a simple way to lose all those extra pounds and really great prices too. I oreded my items and they arrived within a couple of of days”

“I have been trying to lose weight for a long time, the bars fill me so I don't feel hungry, if I am out doing the day and can't get any thing to eat , they are good for keeping in your pocket for that midday snack.”

“I received my supply of Shake that weight, and started the plan. Im not very impressed with the diet food,the only item so far that was palitable was the Porridge although very sweet. The vegetable medley wasnt very nice. The beef dinner was horrible. Today I tried the chicken and tarragon looked very nice but the chicken was tough and chewy. Im not looking foreward to eating the rest but I will use them up but to be honest I cant see me ordering more, I think buying measured calorie dinners from a supermarket would be cheaper and taste like real food ,these dinners are not very palatable . Unless I get used to the taste of this food Im afraid Ill be buying a different product in future.”

“I’m very happy with shake that weight. The products are all very nice I’ve used them before and now I’ve bought some new bars and like them. I haven’t tried the new meals yet the snacks are yummy. I’d like to see mint or orange bars. It’s a lot cheaper than other plans like this. I would recommend. If you stick with it you can you loose weight. I’ve already lost 11lb in two weeks. I’m pleased so far but ive got a bit further to go to get to my goal!!”
