“This might be great for people who enjoy milkshakes, chocolate bars, pot noodles, crisps and other junk food but it really does not train you to eat healthy and properly. For someone who already eats healthy but wants to lose weight it could actually train you to eat junk! Sorry, not for me!”

“I have been using Shake That Weight for a few years. I enjoy all the shakes especially the ones you mix with skim milk . I prefer the plain oatmeal and add chia seeds ,flaxseeds , cinnamon and blueberries .Its so filling. The bars are just too delicious and the right amount of sweetness . I used to order the sachet meals but got tired of these . In comparison to other meal replacement shakes from other companies , this company is the best of all. Delivery is excellent . When I had a problem and the wrong flavour soup was ordered it was sorted out so quickly. The lady I spoke to on the phone was so helpful. In my last order I received a free product but unfortunately couldn’t try as an ingredient was bovine collagen and I vegetarian.”

“Shaker incomplete. I ordered this for post operative nutrition and am heading to France in the next few days so wanted to ensure that I had meal replacements that were suitable. I got a shaker but it has no lid meaning it’s redundant. I paid for next day express delivery and am yet to hear back regarding the lid for the shaker. It’ll be too late for me to pack for my holiday so this is incredibly frustrating. I think the product is ok. I can mix in the bullet, however I rate a company on customer service accessibility and response!”

“There were missing shakes, unlabeled snacks, the taste is worse then Cambridge diet, it's not as thick and I don't feel fulfilled as I did with other shakes. Most of the flavors taste the same.”

“These shakes are so synthetic, none of them taste like they are supposed to and all taste of chemicals. I have had much better shakes from other manufacturers and I wont be ordering Shake that weight again.”
