“I found shake that weight was quite easy to understand and keep to, but unfortunately due to my numerous health problems I have been advised by my doctor not to continue. Thank you anyway.”

“I needed to lose weight for health reason and we had a family wedding in the south of France last May, so I decided to go for it, I found it easy to begin with and lost 16 kilos by the end of the summer, I gave my self a break over Christmas and have put 5 kilos on, I have now another 4 weeks of product and I’m doing woman with a meal plan, I would like to lose the 5 kilo and another 10 kilo by the summer, I’ve really enjoyed doing this diet, and I’ve really looking at what I eat when I have a not so good day”
