“I’ve recently started using Shake That Weight to lose weight ahead of a wedding and in preparation for IVF treatment. I previously used Lighter Life but wanted to try something different, and the pricing here is more appealing. The first couple of meal packs I’ve tried are very similar to what I’m used to and absolutely fine, although I haven’t tried the savoury meals yet. The main downside so far is the overall experience. When I did my first order, a lot of products and 'Plan bundles' seem to be out of stock, which is frustrating. What’s more confusing is that when you click into a bundle, you’re prompted to build it yourself anyway, so it’s not clear why the bundles are listed as unavailable in the first place. The website is also quite clunky and not very intuitive, making it harder than it should be to understand what to buy. I downloaded the app hoping it would be easier to use, but it feels almost identical to the website, so it didn’t really improve the experience. Overall, it’s fine, but a bit disappointing so far. Improving stock availability and making the site easier to navigate would make a big difference. It would also be great to see more variety in hot, savoury-style options - something like a bone broth-style drink would be a really welcome addition.”

“I've only recently started my journey with the products, but so far I've been impressed by the quality of the shakes and the bars. I opted for the shakes that are mixed with milk, as previously had the water mix ones. In my opinion the milk mix ones are nicer, smoother and almost like a smoothie. I've also had several different flavours of bars and they have all been excellent. Early days, but so far so good.”

“Shake That Weight is my go to diet for when those unwanted pounds have unexpectedly crept back on again for quick and visible results. There is a great selection of products to choose from but I order the shakes as this is my preference. The shakes are tasty and filling and a great variety of different flavours to choose from. Ordering is easy and processed quickly for a quick delivery.”

“Best diet I've tried and I've tried to many to remember. Easy to follow meal replacements or jus had the shakes 3times a day and a cereal bar if u feel peckish like I'm doing. Great flavour shakes with no powder residue jus freaky and light and ideal for the summer with cold milk.Quick delivery as well. Definitely recommend it”

“i have the original porridge for breakfast made with water as only 140 calories! have every morning adding rasberies [lovely] then i have a sensible luch and dinner, consequently lost 4 stone in total ....word of advice consistency is the answer! and for me staying off the bread !...apart from toast with Sunday breakfast once target weight reached!”
