“Love the products but as Gluten Free and limited with choice disappointed that many items were out of stock”

“The product itself is very bland and lacking in flavour or taste. It did not keep me full. I was hungry after two hours. I suppose that as a weight loss product it works but in my opinion it is not good value for money when it leaves me with a ravenous hungry and growling belly.”

“I’ve only just started do it feels too early to write a review, or comment on weight loss as I’m only at end of first week and not weighed in yet. I do like the choice of packs available on total plan, and so far have enjoyed all those I’ve used. The shaker works well, and I like the 2 storage compartments underneath. I also like you aren’t tied into a weekly monthly contract - life sometimes gets in the way unexpectedly”

“This is dieting made easy! My first week and the meals are tasty, leaving me satisfied and full for hours, with very little snacking or none at all. “Shaker incomplete. I ordered this for post operative nutrition and am heading to France in the next few days so wanted to ensure that I had meal replacements that were suitable. I got a shaker but it has no lid meaning it’s redundant. I paid for next day express delivery and am yet to hear back regarding the lid for the shaker. It’ll be too late for me to pack for my holiday so this is incredibly frustrating. I think the product is ok. I can mix in the bullet, however I rate a company on customer service accessibility and response!”
