“Shake that weight has been a blessing for me, I am very fussy but the choices to choose from is fabulous. I stick to the same food I started my journey with only because I love it and am happy with my choice. There is something for everyone's liking.”

“Great if you’re motivated to stick to the plan. Most of the products are pretty good with the exception of the instant meals that you add either water or milk too. Bearable for a short while but couldn’t use them long term,”

“21660036. I've recently purchased 10 sachets of various flavoured shakes. I've only tried the strawberry one atm & it was really lovely. I can't wait to try the other flavours. I think I will use a bit more milk with the others as it was a bit thick for me but nonetheless still delicious. A great price, easy to order & came within a few days.”

“Some of the meal replacement bars and readymeals are OK. And I must admit the Cottage pie meal is ok ish. But most of the meals such as Apple and cinnamon porridge, Mixed berry yoghurt or omelettes (which I'd made the mistake of buying a pack of 10), and the sachets you add milk or water to and microwave were descusting and have ended up in my dog. I suppose it's one way to use weight. I'd recommend you get a sample before ordering more than one. The remaining 9 of the porridge and yoghurt will be donated to food bank.”

“You site was very confussing and parts of it did not appear to work I tried to do a reorder and the final total cost was 5 time what it should have been I therefre did not proceed with the order. I went to counterweight to get the shakes I needed their sit is so simple and it worked without issue Your product wa good but if the customer cant order easly whats the point. sort yiur website and I will have no problem using you again”
