“Best diet I've tried and I've tried to many to remember. Easy to follow meal replacements or jus had the shakes 3times a day and a cereal bar if u feel peckish like I'm doing. Great flavour shakes with no powder residue jus freaky and light and ideal for the summer with cold milk.Quick delivery as well. Definitely recommend it”

“i have the original porridge for breakfast made with water as only 140 calories! have every morning adding rasberies [lovely] then i have a sensible luch and dinner, consequently lost 4 stone in total ....word of advice consistency is the answer! and for me staying off the bread !...apart from toast with Sunday breakfast once target weight reached!”

“Surprisingly good! I bought the vegan chocolate hazelnut, and cherry bakewell meal replacements and they're both delicious. And they actually fill me up. I've never tried these kind of products before so I was pleasantly surprised. Will definitely buy again.”

“A variety of Shake that Weight products helped me lose weight and now I occasionally use it for a week to maintain that loss. It is palatable and very quick and easy to prepare. It would benefit my old eyesight if the prep instructions were not 'buried' in a mass of text and, of course, significantly easier to read. Otherwise, all good.”

“I lost 6.5 stone about 3 years ago and for a while, I found it realtively easy to keep the weight off, but in the last 18months, I've found it increasingly hard and decided I needed to do something drastic to reset myself. I looked at all the meal replacement options and what impressed me about Shake That Weight was the range of flavours. I Loathe anything strawberry flavoured that isn't a strawberry and it's actually quite challenging to get a bit of variety. With Shake That Weight I've discovered "Cherry Bakewell" (it really does taste like cherry bakewell!), "Lemon Cheesecake" and "Tropical" flavours amongst others and it means I can ring the changes. They are all delicious and I am actually looking forward to my meal replacement shake. I am only replacing two meals a day and will only continue until I am back to my goal weight, which will be in about three weeks time but I no longer dread this process.”
