“Shake that weight products are great , I have tried the full range and can't fault any for quality . Every product has been exactly as it said on the packet . Must admit my favourites are always the bars . There's some great ranges and flavours to choose from on all different categories.”

“I ordered 3 meals as I'm poorly at moment can't get out. The meals say they are gluten free on the front (which is what I put in the search) on arrival on the back they say they are a may contain. As I am home alone and can't get out I have no choice but to eat them. Fingers x I don't get a reaction.”

“Unfortunately customer service doesn't get back when you contact them. Some flavours are absolutely amazing like the cafe latte and chilli beef noodles, however some are awful. It would be nice if it could be swapped, like I have done with Lighter Life and Cambridge diet many many years ago. However, after searching high and low on the website I have found a little note swaps can not be done. Just before the purchase is being made a note should be appear. Unfortunately I have 2 flavours one that has made me physically unwell and vomit and the other the taste I personally can not bear. However, 3rd day and still no response So that is disappointing.”

“I only have the shakes haven't tried anything else, they are great and so easy to prepare and take with me when going anywhere.Got a free shaker with this order and the shakes mix so well.some are with water some with milk they mix completely smooth no lumps.I use them to do a detox and especially helps doing dry January 😁 and fabulous losing a bit of weight and fitting into clothes that are very snug. I Have recommended to friends who have been looking for bigger weight loss and they have definitely worked for them as well.”
