“I used Shake that weight originally for weight loss. I used the shakes & bars for breakfast & tea & a cooked meal for lunch due to my work schedule & lifestyle. I have now been at my target weight now for a while. I still use shake that weight shakes & bars for maintenance purposes as they have all the vitamins & minerals I need & I can take them on the go as I am driving around a lot in my job so I can have a bar in-between my jobs. My favourite shakes are the chocolate,Strawberry & chocolate mint & all the bars are lovely.”

“Having Coeliac disease I have found it enormously helpful that the shakes, bars and meals selections available to me are so varied. The plan is easy to follow and the meals are all delicious. The delivery time is also really good, very prompt. Highly recommended!”

“Ordered 8 days ago, still hasn't arrived, if its not here in the next two days my weight loss plan is doomed! Fault is entirely with Parcel Force but how can I give more that one star! Update, delivery time for Parcel Force '48 hr' service was 10 days.”
