“Shaker incomplete. I ordered this for post operative nutrition and am heading to France in the next few days so wanted to ensure that I had meal replacements that were suitable. I got a shaker but it has no lid meaning it’s redundant. I paid for next day express delivery and am yet to hear back regarding the lid for the shaker. It’ll be too late for me to pack for my holiday so this is incredibly frustrating. I think the product is ok. I can mix in the bullet, however I rate a company on customer service accessibility and response!”

“I am a fussy eater and love how easy it is to have a quick shake as a meal replacement. Have my favorites and have just discovered how good the crisps are. They make weight loss and control really simple and are my go to at any time.”

“I’m really enjoying the shakes and bars, they’re tasty! I’ve tried other shakes before and got bored because the only nice one was vanilla… I decided to start the plan because I wanted something easy, that involved less thinking and meal prepping- it fits my life and brain power right now.”

“Shake that weight are a great replacement for other outliers who've closed, cannot offer the same dietary requirements or need that 'plan' and guidance support 🙏🏽 They also offer excellent next day postal service and great safe packaging. However the taste and flavour was not for me... I went for vegan shakes (I know 😢🥺😮‍💨) which are not good... They're forever bitty, granular and lack flavour despite shaking or blending. A shames as I wanted these to be a breakfast replacement of a morning for a bariatrics patient hoping to top up first meal of the day. I bet the normal made with milk shakes are awesome and do the trick! But these IMO were not good”

“I only order bars so can only comment on these. I really like most flavours, they are satisfying and filling. Good variety on offer but I tend to stick to my 3 or 4 favourites and order them as a bundle deal. I’d have given more stars but knocked off points for the website and app which I feel needs a lot of improvement around ease of use.”
