“Generally all ok. Wish more bars were in stock Issue with latest delivery. Was due for delivery on 12th January but still waiting - no update”

“I ordered 3 meals as I'm poorly at moment can't get out. The meals say they are gluten free on the front (which is what I put in the search) on arrival on the back they say they are a may contain. As I am home alone and can't get out I have no choice but to eat them. Fingers x I don't get a reaction.”

“Unfortunately customer service doesn't get back when you contact them. Some flavours are absolutely amazing like the cafe latte and chilli beef noodles, however some are awful. It would be nice if it could be swapped, like I have done with Lighter Life and Cambridge diet many many years ago. However, after searching high and low on the website I have found a little note swaps can not be done. Just before the purchase is being made a note should be appear. Unfortunately I have 2 flavours one that has made me physically unwell and vomit and the other the taste I personally can not bear. However, 3rd day and still no response So that is disappointing.”

“Flavour is lovely, delivery time is really good ,easy to order, although they are a bit costly so I can only purchase if they do any special offers. Customer service is not the greatest, I recently got given some Caffè latte in amongst the chocolate shakes, these I don't like, contacted via customer services to have this corrected but have never heard back from them.”

“Products are great. There have been significant issues with their 3rd party delivery partner. Delivering products in damaged state that necessitated products being returned and order resent. Delivery partner lying about noon being at home to recieve product when an adult was present all day and delivery partner had changed delivery location from a parcel shop to a home delivery.”

“Fast delivery, mixed well, stabilised my blood sugars, wasn't hungry for a few hours but really disappointed with flavour, I had cherry bakewell & I'd never had guessed if I'd been blind tasting.”

“Limited vegan options when the vast majority if not all items could be made vegan. The cherry bakewell shake tasted barely edible and not like cherry bakewell, I did love the protein bbq snacks, and the grissini was okay. The coffee meal bars were not great and triggered my ibs, the salted caramel ones were much better and would buy again. I’d like to be able to diet ethically and in accordance with my dietary restrictions so more products without IBS triggers would be great including gluten free. Low histamine options would be great too although I understand how difficult it is, more companies are taking allergies, ethics and intolerances into consideration nowadays which is a big win for people like me who care about health, the environment and integrity.”

“The bundle contained too many ‘sweet’ items , I’m not a lover of sweet things and I don’t like the bars. I’m a savoury person and prefer soups and maybe some ‘fruit’ shakes for breakfast eg strawberry, banana or vanilla. Not sure I’ll be ordering more unless I can choose my own”
