“It offers a sound and alternative way to assist weight loss. There are a great variety of shakes and bars to use. Once you have found what suits it’s up to you to slot it in to your way of life. Either as supplemental or total replacement depending on your needs. It’s very easy to use and once you get past the first couple of days to break your habits it’s filling and reaps the weight lost desired.”

“I ordered from you approx 18mths ago. I received shakes, no problem. This new order I received meals, I would have much preferred normal shakes!!. This was the starter pack. I think I will not be ordering again as the meals are no good to me.”

During periods of exceptionally hot weather, chocolate-coated products can sometimes soften or melt while in transit despite our best efforts. “Will recommend shake that weight. Week 7 & lost weight & feel great. Find it easy to stick to as dont feel hungry & like almost all shakes etc Ive tried. Disappointed however so much is always out of stock - because of this there are some flavours Ive never got to try.”
