“Easy to use and understand. Quick delivery and a free shaker was included. Very happy! 2 days in now and so far I’ve been really impressed at how tasty the products are and how, despite how small the portions look, I have not been feeling hungry or any side effects. Would recommend.”

“Me and husband tried trial milkshake, when i tried in evening, its full filling and satisfiying, im surprised with yummy taste that even my kids want to try it (ofcourse i wont let them have more than a sip), keep my tummy full a whole evening with less calories and i feel good”

“Meals are awful in taste , very noticeable after taste that is quite unpleasant. Shakes are acceptable and bars edible however is very difficult to keep to a harsh diet like this using the meals.”
