“The products keep you full and they are tasty. I have 3 products a day and the pre made meal at night and it is great. The vanilla wafer bar is ok but does if you need something else. Overall great experience, preferred shake that Weight to Cambridge 1:1 plan”

“Shake That Weight is my ‘go to’ product to help me loose weight. I allows keep shakes in the cupboard in case I have to skip a meal. I tend to stick to just shakes as I find them the easiest. 2 years ago I used just the shakes to loose two and a half stones. After the first few days I find it very easy to stick to the regime. They are so tasty, (tastes more like a treat than a diet).”

“I’m not good at planning my own diet to lose weight. The Shake that Weight products enable me to have a high protein, low calorie diet. I use three meal replacement products and have a healthy meal in the evening. I initially lost nearly 3 stones and I’m now back on the diet to lose some more. Shake that Weight works for me.”

“I ordered taster pack after reading great reviews on the product. I tried the chocolate cereal and I have to say it was very unpleasant - j couldn’t eat it! I don’t understand how people rave about these products! Sorry but I’ll not be purchasing any more!”

“Loved the chocolate nutty bar, but after drinking the shake I had a very upset stomache and had to go to the toilet about 5 times. Have still got the soup to eat. Did not find the shake very filling.”
