“Chicken soup better than the rest, beef noodle a little bit bland and stodgy, cheese and onion crisps only 14 in pack tasted salty. Yet to try readymade meals”

“All the shakes are gorgeous although I’m not overly keen on the strawberry but everything else is lovely! The meals are lovely too but a little pricey for what you get.”

“Product's very good on the whole but something's lacking in taste. Choc and vanilla pots have no taste. Tomato and oregano chips tasteless. The shake's are wonderful.”

“Have tried other options but really enjoy the variety and taste. I like that I can avoid sweet which I don’t like. I’m never hungry and enjoy not having to think about food.”

“Haven’t tried everything yet but I love the chocolate shakes cold, or hot with a spoon of decaf coffee in. I also love the latte as my last meal with a spoon of coffee and 250ml of almond milk as recommended to make up my 600 calories. The milk makes it very frothy and creamy so that’s my treat if the day. I like the banana shake hot like custard and also like the vegetable soup at lunchtime. Am very happy at the moment and have just ordered some more products to try.”

“My shake that weight Journey is going really well, coming into my third week now and I feel great. I’m enjoying all the products....haven’t found one I don’t like, Very tasty! I have already lost half a stone, my start weight was 12st 9lb I am now 11st 12lb feeling very excited to reach my goal weight and with shake that weight I feel I can get there. I have already recommended shake that weight to two of my friends There is one down side the horrible copper taste in your mouth but you get used to it, and you must drink the water amount recommended.....it fills you up if nothing else”

“I have bought shake that weight products many years ago. They were delicious then but they have stopped distributing a few bars that I use to like such as pecan and muesli with strawberry . Please bring them back! However all the shakes are very tasty!! The wafer bars are lovely & very yummy! I also liked the caramel bar and peanut! 🙂 The soups are nice but I wish they brought back the mushroom & if the soups were just slightly thicker they’d be even more Moreish! I tend to have a cup of soup on a lunch break. I’ve not tried the crisps yet or the ready made meals but I’m planning on trying them! The delivery is prompt and exceptionally quick. The Facebook online support group are a fantastic source of information & encouragement. I definitely shall be purchasing more products by Shake That Weight!”

“I am happy with this. It arrived quickly and there is plenty of support and help if you need it or just have a question. The shakes are nice and filling so I have not felt too hungry at all. You can chose your plan and do what works best for you. Overall I am happy.”

“Just a quick question? I was thinking of buying these shakes to start this diet but through out the days I take my time with my drinks, bottles of water etc... if I were to start this diet on just the shakes no food would it be any harm in taken my time drinking the shakes throughout the day. Thanks”
