“It is early days to comment on my weight loss but I am so pleased to have started again following a very brief trial of the products last year in anticipation. I find that the shakes mix well with water and taste nice without the need to add milk and extra calories; a particular favourite is the Cafe Latte shake which you can either enjoy cold, or can mix up as usual the pop in the microwave for a hot drink instead (the same trick works well for the Chocolate and Caramel variants too in my experience) I love lots of things about Shake that Weight, the first of which is the variety of products and flavours that can be incorporated into whichever plan you choose to follow, essentially meaning that if crisps are your downfall (like me!) then you can incorporate them within your programme, the same is true of chocolate. Secondly the online support page on Facebook provides great inspiration through personal progress updates, tips & tricks, healthy recipe ideas and by being a platform where you can connect with others who have the same goal as you. Lastly I love the flavours - some might not be to my personal taste but all of then mix easily, are not lumpy and taste like the flavour they are meant to....not something that I have found to be true of other plans! I plan to do a month VLCD and add in a wider range of products, including ready meals from month 2. The ready meals can feel pricy if you're doing a shop for 2 weeks or even a month at a time but they really are worth it for the peace of mind that the portion is correct, the nutrients are balanced and the taste is great (another tip....combine the Beef Chilli ready meal with a pack of their cheesy tortillia chips and feel like your cheating whilst staying on-plan) To conclude and as you might have guessed from my comments above - i really do love the Shake that Weight approach and products and if you are even thinking about a VLCD or even just trimming up I suggest getting yourself one of their sample/trial packs for £4.99 and put the products to your own taste test. I nearly forgot to mention, delivery is always within a couple of days and has been super-reliable in my experience. I stated again after a couple of weeks before the Christmas period and lost 3lbs in the first couple of days - whilst I am sure this is mainly water-weight and do not expect my loss to carry on at such a rate, it feels fantastic to be taking control and getting healthier. “I love the shakes my favourite are chocolate, banana, strawberry and mint chocolate. I love all the meals too very tasty. I find this one off the best diets I have done as after 1 week I don’t feel hungry all the time. 10 out of 10 from me”

“The product is reasonable in taste, some product a bit pricey like the shaker, I am surprised that a recipe book for one meal was not included. so much easier it have would been for people who are new to this. I have lost 5lb in one week which is lovely .”

“Love the muesli, have it for breakfast everyday, haven't had a bar or shake that I haven't liked, as long as I keep the water in take up I never really feel hungry. Best weight loss program I've tried and the results are fab. Highly recommend.”
