“The beef stew and chilli are really nice and the chicken and ratatouille. Great for a quick lunch or add extra veg for a main. Soups nice and bars hit the sweet spot”

“I'm loving the products that I ordered and don't feel hungry at all. The shakes, bars and meals are all delicious. The water flavour is really helping with my water intake which I enjoy warm. Can highly recommend this diet”

“I have used VLD products before and shake that weight taste the best. I have 1 bar 1 porridge and 2 sachets of either soup or shakes. I mix the shakes in blender with ice and the are like thick shakes. They are my favourite. I tend to take the soups to work as they mix up nicely. I’m into my 2nd week and no problems as yet apart from drinking the water. I’m going to use the flavouring for water to make ice lollies. This may help with water intake.”

“So this is only my first week so I will leave a review based on that....... the first 3 days are the hardest, headaches, hunger pains, tired and no energy... once you get past that it's so easy, I fill up on 4 products of shake the weight a day, I also include an egg and some chicken breast (this is helping me keep fullerfor longer), I also drink 3ltr of water a day (again the 1st 3 days I found this extremely hard and was only getting 1.5ltr down. Now I'm able to reach the 3ltr mark) water is very important on this plan. I have so much energy and dont need an afternoon nap (I'm only 32 but felt like an old lady with all the sugar and carbs I was eating). Like i say this is my 1st week and If I can do it anyone can! All the products I have tried so far have been really enjoyable.”

“After a full week of the products, I've lost 9 lbs! Never expected this result, and I don't expect it to continue, but I'll be happy with a 1-3lb loss per week. Tasty products - love the dark choc bar and the bacon & chicken casserole particularly. Although so far there've been no products I actually dislike. The only tricky part is drinking enough water :)”
