“Love all milkshakes, bars and my favourite cheese nachos !! Have tried similar more expensive diet plans, but can’t beat shake that weight for products and results.”

“love the porridge and shakes was not happy with some of soups. liked bean chilli and a stew but not keen on others. more ready meals variety would be good”

“I am a veteran of VLCDs and I can honestly say that this is the best stuff on the market. Plenty of choice, tasty and convenient. The foil packed meals are fantastic, I am used to fab ‘from scratch’ home cooking and these meals were easily as tasty as my own home cooking. A real revelation! Price is great too”

“I have only purchased the shakes and shaker. I'm a picky person with flavours so only bought The Strawberry, Raspberry and White chocolate, Banana and the chocolate mint. Love each with the exception of the chocolate mint it wasn't to my taste, but thats me. I make the shake up at night and put it in the fridge, so when I get up in the morning its made cold and thick love it .”

“I was a bit dubious about having the shakes assuming I would feel hungry not eating but they are thick, creamy and filling. Being able to have a meal with the family at the end of the day is great too.”

“It is expensive for what it is, the "meals" are effectively a quarter of a pot noodle (if that) in various flavourings, not actual meals just tiny amounts of noodles/pasta flavoured as curry/bolognese etc which I didn't realise until they arrived. The premium meals are better but again very expensive for what they are. That said, I have been on it 4 weeks and have lost 7lbs which is not bad so I'm going to stick with it for a while longer.”
