“This is my first week but I must say I'm impressed. The shakes are creamy and I find that they do fill you up. I'm already looking to place my next order. I have had Chocolate, Banana and Strawberry shakes and all have been nice. Looking at trying some other flavours.”

“Absolutely love these products! Easy to follow. Never hungry. 3 products a day and my own 400 calorie meal of an evening! 1.5 stone down in 6 weeks and around another 3.5 stone to go. Fantastic way to lose weight - Highly reconnect!!”

“I was initially concerned before the products arrived because I’ve tried so many others before, all tasted like sawdust and didn’t nt do anything that was sold! Absolutely not the case with Shake The Weight, the chocolate shake is the best I’ve ever tasted, I absolutely luv the caramel muesli, the beef stew is super super tasty and the snacks are great too! This is my third week and I’m down 7lb already with no hunger, hitting my water targets and feeling full of energy. I would definitely recommend these products.”

“This product has transformed my life. I have been overweight and a serial dieter all my life and I am now 56. I have recently lost 4 stone and have 2 to go. This product is totally amazing and blows everything else I have ever tried out of the water! For me, the combination of low calories and low carbs really works. I have learned so much about nutrition along the way that I am confident I will NEVER put the weight back on. The FB group support has also been amazing and incredibly supportive and informative. “So far I am extremely impressed with STW, the website is easy to navigate and delivery quick. The products are delicious I am especially impressed with the meals as I have done a similar meal replacement diet and I was not keen on their meals. The price is also something that attracted me to use STW.”
