“It is expensive for what it is, the "meals" are effectively a quarter of a pot noodle (if that) in various flavourings, not actual meals just tiny amounts of noodles/pasta flavoured as curry/bolognese etc which I didn't realise until they arrived. The premium meals are better but again very expensive for what they are. That said, I have been on it 4 weeks and have lost 7lbs which is not bad so I'm going to stick with it for a while longer.”

“All the products I have tried so far, just starting week 3, have been really nice. I look forward to my next product/meal. I have tried 2 other liquid diets and these products taste far nicer than the market leader’s ones. Would definitely recommend without any hesitation. Good luck with your journey x”

“Products are tasty and filling; I much prefer them to Lighter Life. They can be a bit on the salty side but that's ok. The plan gives me choice and agency; it gives me tools and guidance how to use them. I will be doing this most of this year because have many stone to lose, but this diet feels sustainable. I am optimistic about using the time to develop a new relationship with food and learn a new mindset and new habits. A shout out to the support group on Facebook who are amazing.”

“I am impressed so far. The noodles are delicious and certainly keep me full for longer than i expected. Also, i am not constipated on Shake That Weight products which feels healthier than other shake-based diets”

“I never fancied a 'shake diet' but I took the chance of a sample pack, I then waited to start as I didn't want to feel grumpy and hungry at work, I took the plunge 3 days ago and am so impressed! the shakes are lovely, the bars yummy and have yet to try the food as I cook my own. Very impressed, I use DPD for deliveries and now have had my items, then I made another order as I love the porridge and dark choc bars”

“Products are very good, I have tried most of them and my favourite are chocolate, latte and caramel shakes as well as peanut and caramel bars. Occasionally I also like to have some crispy caramel cereal and spicy beef noodles.”

“I have enjoyed the meal and noodle packs in particular, plus the shakes and porridge ( although a little on the sweet side for me). The soups, however, I find very powdery despite following the instructions correctly and am left with a rather gritty taste.”
