“Was really looking forward to the noodles and porridge but all seems to taste very similar and a dry bitty after taste wish I had tried it before buying more”

“I love this!! I did a similar diet last year but I’ve now lost a stone since jan2nd absolutely love the products delivery is prompt use my own scales no need to go for a weigh im sooo happy! Would just like more soups as I like to add chicken and veg to a soup to make it my main meal but hey if you wanna lose weight this is for you I love everything!!! GO SHATE THAT WEIGHT AND THANK YOU!! I’m feeling great in lockdown!! X”

“I am a veteran of VLCDs and I can honestly say that this is the best stuff on the market. Plenty of choice, tasty and convenient. The foil packed meals are fantastic, I am used to fab ‘from scratch’ home cooking and these meals were easily as tasty as my own home cooking. A real revelation! Price is great too”

“I have only purchased the shakes and shaker. I'm a picky person with flavours so only bought The Strawberry, Raspberry and White chocolate, Banana and the chocolate mint. Love each with the exception of the chocolate mint it wasn't to my taste, but thats me. I make the shake up at night and put it in the fridge, so when I get up in the morning its made cold and thick love it .”

“I was a bit dubious about having the shakes assuming I would feel hungry not eating but they are thick, creamy and filling. Being able to have a meal with the family at the end of the day is great too.”
