“Nearly a week in and I’m extremely impressed with all the products I’ve had so far. All of the shakes have been delicious but my absolute favourite has been the butternut squash tagine - it did not taste like diet food at all. Thank you for the easy journey (and so little mess!).”

“I have tried all the shakes and they all are very tasty. I am taking 5 shakes a day and have done so for a week now, I have been losing about 1 pound a day in weight. I will be trying the meals soon. I would recommend shake that weight to anybody how is serious about losing weight.”

“The shakes and bars and the chicken soup are really good love the pumpkin seed ones and you just don’t feel hungry .would be good if you could pay a one off payment for delivery as you find your favourites and like to order them more often and still have to pay postage on top that’s my only grump xx I am celiac and they have stuff for me .”

“I’m a chocoholic so tend to just buy the chocolate shakes, I love them, I mix them with half water and half skimmed milk. The are creamy and a great meal replacement”

“I love the shakes... being able to mix them with water, rather than milk is an absolute bonus! Sometimes, I can add a oatmilk top, which is perfect... The noodle and soup products are great flavours... not too seasoned. Great!”

“I was keen to start the CWP diet, I have done it a few times and I know the diet works. I just wanted to skip the 1:1 consultant visits. So pleased I found this online. There is lots of information on STW site and loads of helpful tips on Facebook so worth joining. I love that you can have a low carb meal on this as its gives you flexibility. The site also promotes healthy eating rather than just their products. All of the products I have ordered I have really enjoyed. I really appreciate the convenience of ordering online and getting meals for the month delivered to your door. You can also make extra orders if you fancy trying a different product, no waiting for an appointment. Really happy to have started my weight loss with STW this week.”

“Great taste and really satisfying. My favourite flavours are strawberry, lively latte and chocolate mint. I replace two meals a day with these shakes and they have really helped my weight loss.”
