“Firstly, a very good price in comparison to other VLCD shakes/meals. The vegetable soup is gorgeous and I've not actually tried any product which I didn't like. Secondly, a free and very useful booklet is enclosed with your order, which explains everything about Shake That Weight and the ways you can use it.”

“Received my taster pack and just tied the Banana flavour. Must say I was impressed only using water how thick and lovely it is. Wont know until later how long it will keep me going for until tea time.”

“The shakes are fine and some of the bars are OK, albeit they are very sweet. The porridge is absolutely foul and the savoury sachets are inedible - I will have to eat some of it because I am determined to lose weight but most of it is quite horrible!”

“Products are easy to maintain a happy/healthy lifestyle whilst progressing with a slow and steady weight loss (VLCD) I have been using products previously purchased but not managed to continue with the plan, however, I’m 3 weeks in and have lost 11kg(1.7st)- im definitely in the zone and recommend this diet!!!”

“I did the four shakes a day option for six weeks and lost 13 kg. I thought I wouldn't manage, but it was the best thing I've done and I managed fine. Even whilst cooking normal meals for my three teenagers. One thing I didn't clock was that you should'nt just stop, instead you need to gradually decrease on the maintenance plan so order more than you need. I have now ordered more shakes and am aiming for my target weight this time on three shakes and dinner plan. Its wonderful to have something doable where you don't have to think too much and have lots of variety to keep you happy.”

“The range is fantastic and has such a wide variety. I have chosen close to a normal diet of food so the muesli or shake for breakfast, a packet of the noodles for lunch, a bar or shake for the afternoon and one of the prepared microwave meals (which are delicious) for my evening meal. I find the crisps and zippers perfect for when I feel the urge to nibble. I am looking forward to transitioning from full packs to maintaining as it will be a case of slowly incorporating this packs into like for like food.”
