“This is a very easy to do diet. It works. Simple as that. Delivery was the next day, as promised. I've lost 6lb in one week, this is my first week. Platinum rating!!!!”

“Delicious shakes- love the Strawberry! And the Chic and Peanut meal replacement bar is tasty too and substantial. Mostly a bit sweet for my tastes but at the end if the day this is a meal replacement weight loss programme so Im not really expecting gourmet meals! Weight is falling away and I can already fit back into my current pair of jeans. They are comfortable again ( ie I can breathe!!) so making progress right away- its only middle of week one, and so looking forward to weigh in at the end of my week.”

“I did shake the weight couple of years ago and lost 5 stone unfortunately I was beheaded and didn't follow the maintenance plan thinking I could do this myself and of course I put the weight back on so I started again and loving the products I am on my 4th day of this time round feeling great and I'm going to follow the plan this time even when I need to maintain hopefully I've learnt my lesson thank you so much for the lovely products keep up the good work”

“Easy to follow diet plans, easy to order - received on time, and products are good. Not so keen on the porridge, but shakes, bars and meals are good and I have not felt hungry. Have been doing this for a week so far, and can see me sticking to this one -- also starting to lose weight.”
