“Easy to order, delivered really quickly, and into day 3 of products and really delighted by how tasty and filling they are in comparison to other brands VLCD products. Particularly impressed with the shakes which I have always struggled with in the past. They whip up into a smooth frothy and tasty drink using my nutri-bullet. The chicken noodles are perfect for lunch, and the ready meals (tried sweet and sour and Mexican chicken so far) are quite nice. I have a stone to lose in 5 weeks (holidays) and then another half a stone after that so planning to move onto “woman with meal” and then maintenance plan after hols. The little booklet that comes with first order is very helpful.”

“I found the meals quite nice, the gingerbread shake was my favorite, it's quite restricted but I enjoyed the taster pack I bought I may add a proper meal in as I need more energy, I did lose 2 pounds on my first try so quite happy, I will be ordering some more next month, I would like a flexible payment option available as Being on a low income I struggle to afford these items, many thanks Marcia.”

“Firstly, a very good price in comparison to other VLCD shakes/meals. The vegetable soup is gorgeous and I've not actually tried any product which I didn't like. Secondly, a free and very useful booklet is enclosed with your order, which explains everything about Shake That Weight and the ways you can use it.”

“Received my taster pack and just tied the Banana flavour. Must say I was impressed only using water how thick and lovely it is. Wont know until later how long it will keep me going for until tea time.”

“The shakes are fine and some of the bars are OK, albeit they are very sweet. The porridge is absolutely foul and the savoury sachets are inedible - I will have to eat some of it because I am determined to lose weight but most of it is quite horrible!”
