“Easy to follow diet plans, easy to order - received on time, and products are good. Not so keen on the porridge, but shakes, bars and meals are good and I have not felt hungry. Have been doing this for a week so far, and can see me sticking to this one -- also starting to lose weight.”

“I'm on day 4 and I've already lost 3 lbs , i drink loads of water and sugar free diluting juice still drink my cups of tea with skimmed milk, when the number goes down on the scale that makes me even more determined to carry on. Now going to order more for my second week, but remember drink plenty.”

“I have done STW before and the shakes and weight loss were amazing. Unfortunately this time round I can't say the same. The shakes are definitely a lot sweeter than before. I drink 3-4 litres of water a day and do the total meal replacement plan but this time round the weight doesn't seem to be coming of like before. I've been doing STW for 2 weeks and have only lost 9lbs. Normally I'd say this weight loss is fantastic but on previous STW journeys I've lost 11/12lbs in just the first week. All of this makes me wonder if something has changed in the formula...it definitely doesn't test like it did a couple of years ago (far sweeter). Maybe STW has changed it's formula so the the customers need to be on it for longer...of course this will be denied...like said though, I've done it before with far better results and I've not changed how I mix or take the shakes. I've got 4 weeks worth of shakes left but the weight loss is really making me wonder if it's worth it.”

Thanks for your review Caleidh. We were rather upset to read your comments regarding our integrity as a company. We do not lie to our customers and haven't and wouldn't dream of changing the formula as you seem to infer "to keep the customers on the diet for longer" I can assure you that the ingredients are exactly the same as previously, the only changes have been to upgrade our packaging. Regarding your weight loss, as you have already mentioned 9LB in 2 weeks is a good loss and shouldn't be compared to previous losses. There are lots of reasons why weight loss one year will be different the next year such as personal metabolism changes, levels of activity, starting weight, t.o.m. for ladies etc so please don't be despondent, if you can keep to the plan we are sure that you will continue to achieve excellent results.
