“Rather than just 'shakes' there is the option for solid food, which makes the diet much easier that just the shakes. Working my way through the different 'meals'. So far so good. Bars are good too. Probably the best VLCD diet I have tried and the most likely I am going to be able to persevere and stick at!”

“I'm really impressed. I was looking for someone who did savoury products because I really don't have a sweet tooth, and every other mail replacement I looked at seemed to be shakes or have poor reviews for taste on their savoury products. Everything I've had I've liked, some I've loved such as the ham and mushroom pasta soup, beef noodles and the gingerbread shake. The soups and noodles are delicious. I am still a little hungry but I'm only on early days and my issue before was that I was not controlling portion sizes or snack so I need to readjust my body's expectations!”
