“I have been consistently losing weight on Shake That Weight plan, and my partner has lost a significant amount in the 8 weeks we have been doing it. There is a good variety of products, and my favourites are the shakes (particularly the chocolate one!) and the ready meals.”

“Being a total chocoholic I stick to the Chocolate and Chocolate Mint shakes. Both delicious and deliver my needed chocolate fix! I have recently tried the Beef Curry and brown rice and Sweet & Sour with rice meals which were also great.”

“Been on the programme 6 days now and the programme and products are amazing. Looking forward to my first weigh in. The premium meals are so good especially the chilli beef, banana shake is my favourite and the soups are tasty too. I have a bar each night for my sweet treat which is keeping me on track”

“Great service... Fast delivery... Bigger range than other replacement diets.. most important, I'm dietetic was on another diet that "apparently" is ok for type 2 diabetes.. not sure I'm allowed to mention there name 1:1 Cambridge diet. It MASSIVELY skyrocket me blood sugars, so much so they were going to increase my Metformin. Many of the shakes are upto 22,g of sugar. Ridiculous amount.. Been in the "shake that weight" my bloods are constantly below 5.6.. and I'm loosing 4-6ib a week.”

“I really like the shakes. The shakes are really tasty, especially the banana, strawberry and mint choc. The noodles I struggled with being completely honest. The smell of the chicken and vegetable was a bit off-putting but I ate them. The chicken curry (I think they were) were a little more palatable.”

“Great! Easy to use and all the products I've tried so far have been tasty and filling: bars, shakes, spaghetti Bolognese, premium meals. 3 products a day, entirely my choice which 3, plus a low cal meal I prepare (or use a premium meal) Easy!”

“Unfortunately I cannot review something I didn’t receive. The courier said it was, I said it wasn’t anywhere when I got home. £80 later no plan and still fat so upset.”
