“This product has transformed my life. I have been overweight and a serial dieter all my life and I am now 56. I have recently lost 4 stone and have 2 to go. This product is totally amazing and blows everything else I have ever tried out of the water! For me, the combination of low calories and low carbs really works. I have learned so much about nutrition along the way that I am confident I will NEVER put the weight back on. The FB group support has also been amazing and incredibly supportive and informative. Thank you STW from the bottom of my 💖”

“So far I am extremely impressed with STW, the website is easy to navigate and delivery quick. The products are delicious I am especially impressed with the meals as I have done a similar meal replacement diet and I was not keen on their meals. The price is also something that attracted me to use STW.”

“I think the products are amazing. I find the caramel bars the best. Their really filling. Dont feel hungry at all. The mint choc shake is my fav, really thick great tasting shakes. Great value for money.”

“Love the products two favourite shakes are strawberry and cafe latte Chicken curry and spaghetti bolognaise are my meals of choice Porridge is another like lemon bar and milk chocolate peanut bars are both yummy Also premium meals chicken tikka and beef stew with sweet potato are two of the best although I like the others too. Spoilt for choice I’m never hungry or bored with the products and I’m also pleased with my weight loss of 11 pounds in 4 weeks”

“Moved from Cambridge diet to shake that weight and it’s probably best move ever. Products are so much more appealing. Beef chilli is a winner along with the almond and pumpkin bar and the chocolate peanut bar resembles the chocolate peanut butter cups by Reece’s ! Amazing and telling all friends !”
