“Really enjoy the products and had good success in my first week. I don’t feel hungry and there’s enough variety to keep me interested. Only took one star off as they don’t seem to have much in the way of offers like other similar diets.”

“I have only been on Shake That Weight for 5 days but all the products I have tried, I have enjoyed. I purchased the chocolate lovers bundle as a start and everything is very tasty. I have since done a second order for the chocolate and caramel muesli and some different bars and enjoy them as much as everything else.”

“Have only been on this plan for five days, but am finding the products delicious. The choice and flavour range is very impressive and far more enjoyable than other makes I have tried. I have a lot of weight to lose so appreciate the choice. The soups are especially yummy! Hopefully I shall keep going with this one because I really enjoy my food!”

“The shakes are very palatable my favourites are pineapple, banana and strawberry. I have tried 3 bars,chocolate peanut,crispy caramel and lemon. The only one I could tolerate, taste wise was the lemon. The other two for me, were pretty horrible, I won't be buying the meal bars again.”

“Nice choice /options. Really like the strawberry and banana shakes. Pea soup is really nice but found the veg soup difficult to mix well. Only used for three days but finding the sachets quite tasty.”

“I can't leave a zero review star because that's what they are worth it. Don't waste your money. I bought a big box, spent so much money and they made me sick. Not good at all. And the costumer service not helpful. I have tried other weight loss products but this one is the worst.”

“I ordered the Starter Pack so I could get a variety of different foods to try - all of the sakes have been lovely. They mix well in the shaker, no blenders required, and they are very tasty and not too sweet, which is an issue I've had with other makes. The porridges and muesli are lovely and the noodle and pastas are fabulous, once again very tasty and filling. Overall, I'm delighted that I found STW, and look forward to trying some of the foods allowed on the 800kcal Total Plan.”
