“Hi I have used shake that weight for a while and when I started putting on weight I always go back on the shakes it takes a few weeks to see the difference but it works I start shakes twice a day then after I take one a day and eat plenty of salads with different vegetables and meat and fruit goods look to those who on it”

“I used the starters pack to tast out some of the products, the shakes are lovely, the Pea Soup was nice, I dont like mushrooms so thats a no go straight away, I havent tried the meals yet. The bars are great to take out, Ive only tried Dark Chocolate and Muesli & White Chocolate, unfortunatly the rest are out of stock.”

“Everything I have tried have tasted really good easy to make up. It's a bit pricey another brand that charge the same offer CBT along side, so I do think shake the weight need to look at there prices”

“This is the best meal replacement plan I have ever been on! I have 3 shakes a day, and it truly does wonders! I'm not hungry, and I feel amazing! I've already lost weight and I am only on day 4. I have a terrible sweet tooth, so snaking and grazing was a huge problem, I'm not even missing my snacks! I would highly recommend this diet.”

“I am on a VLOC diet (Newcastle University) and being honest I am sick of the sight of soups and shakes. Shake That Weight noodles (some at 160kcals others at 200kcals) are a welcome change especially when mixed with my paltry vegetable allowance .”
