“I've only had 1 shake and 2 of the meals (Pork with Mustard and Beef with Red Wine) so far but they've well-surpassed my expectations. Really tasty and filling, easy to prepare even when on shift. Also handy that you don't need to put them in the fridge or freezer - I'm keeping a supply in my work locker for just in case.”

“I thought I had left a review already, I must have not sent it properly, sorry. I really am enjoying the meals, everything is tasty and good value also. There isn’t anything that I’ve tried and not liked. The ham and mushroom pasta, pork and mustard, curry noodles, oats, and the beef are some of my favourites, it feels good to know I have lovely food to help me on my journey to (hopefully) lose weight and get my blood sugars down. Thank you 🙏”

“Not ashamed to admit that I have tried a LOT of different VCLD’s over the years and I’m really impressed with these products. They’re tasty and don’t have that plastic aftertaste that some others have. I haven’t tried a meal yet but I love the bars I’ve tried ( oh and the salt & vinegar crisps 😋) and in terms of calories and nutrients they are pretty much the same as other brands - but more competitive on cost. Being able to buy online is a huge bonus too.”

“Hi in ordered the week chocolate lovers bundle and paid next day delivery , came no problem but I was missing 3 bars that were out of stock ,, so now I’ll need to order more as I was refunded for the 3 bars. I emailed stating that I don’t think i should need to pay delivery on this as it wasn’t my fault and I’ll be out of pocket but I haven’t heard back? Can you help”

“Tried 2 shakes and 2 bars - the trial pack. The bars are very filling. The shakes are ok though the cafe latte was not to my liking the strawberry was ok. Will probably try a few more products.”

“I stumbled across these products when looking for help with weight loss. I have so far lost 14lb in two weeks and I can’t believe how much better in my self I’m feeling. My sleep is better my skin is better and my mood swings are not a frequent. Love how I’m feeling thanks to these products.”

“I'm delighted with the chocolate, banana & strawberry shakes! The veg soup is lovely and savoury and my first week is going great! I enjoyed having a snack too. The crisps are low calorie & I'm looking forward to trying the bars soon.”

“I gave trued many brands but this one is a cut above. They are nice and thick and creamy like a shake should be . Not watery and thin. The flavours are strong and rich almost like fresh fruit has been blended . The banana especially tastes like a fish banana. Feel really full too.”

“I've been doing shake that weight for a week now and I've lost 6 pounds .it's so easy to stick to and the bars shakes and porridge are delicious. It's amazing not having to think about what I'm eating .I can't wait to get back to a healthy weight and with shake that weight I feel like I will be able to achieve that .”

“Wide range of flavoured shakes but also meals and snacks. I have tried other well known diet shakes which do not taste nearly as good as these. Been using this company for a few years now and will never switch back to Cambridge weight plan. These are much more cheaper too.”

“I like the porridge , the pea soup, the noodles with chicken and veg, the spag bolognaise, anything that tastes like food really. The shakes are ok for convenience.”
