“I am now on Week 4 and after 3 weeks have lost 24lb which I am over the moon with! I have the Chocolate & Cafe Latte Shakes and Milk Chocolate, Crispy Caramel & Muesli & White Choc Bars as these are my favourites! I didn’t get on with the ‘meals’ at all so don’t buy those! Great service - order comes really quickly! I would just like to know if you will ever have the Dark Chocolate Bars in stock as I remember liking them when I did this diet before!”

“The shakes don't need milk and the soups feel a bit heavy... I will try to try the different shakes I have received. It is brilliant that they are gluten free.. Maybe one like a bovril type taste would nice, less heavy and creamy.. KR, Emma.”

“The cheese and bacon omelettes look and taste disgusting, as do the maple syrup pancakes. If I hadn’t spent so much money on them, I would have thrown them away. The other products are of a similar quality to competitors.”

“I absolutely love these shakes! They are not powdery like other shakes can be and are thick and creamy and delicious. The caramel and white chocolate and raspberry are my favourite. Great value for money of you buy a variety pack and all the flavours included are fab. It’s really helping me to stick to my diet.”

“I was honestly sceptical as I don’t like shakes and diet foods normally taste horrible with an aftertaste however shake that weight has blown me away so tasty and super filling I’ve already put a second order in thank you 🤩💕”
