“So far one week down, and 4lbs off - a great result and not feeling hungry at all! My favourites are the Banana shake and the chocolate bars.”

“I've been doing shake that weight for a week now and I've lost 6 pounds .it's so easy to stick to and the bars shakes and porridge are delicious. It's amazing not having to think about what I'm eating .I can't wait to get back to a healthy weight and with shake that weight I feel like I will be able to achieve that .”

“Wide range of flavoured shakes but also meals and snacks. I have tried other well known diet shakes which do not taste nearly as good as these. Been using this company for a few years now and will never switch back to Cambridge weight plan. These are much more cheaper too.”

“I like the porridge , the pea soup, the noodles with chicken and veg, the spag bolognaise, anything that tastes like food really. The shakes are ok for convenience.”

“Just started my shake that weight diet today I had porridge, chocolate milkshake ,noodles for dinner and a muesli bar for a snack so far so good the food has been surprisingly tasty and I haven't felt hungry yet so I'm over the moon can't wait to see the pounds drop off over the next few weeks thank you 😊”
