“Off to a good start with really fast delivery. As I have pcos I put weight on very easily and I really struggle to lose it. I have tried every diet going so I was sceptical but I shouldn't have been. I haven't felt hungry at all and I have lost 5lbs in 3 days and this is the motivation and kick I needed to my weight loss.”

“The shakes are lovely. The original porridge was delicious but unfortunately the new recipe is awful. Choc porridge and museli are lovely so it's not the end of the world. The lunch packets of various noodles are edible but not delicious but at least you feel full afterwards. I lost 17lbs in a couple of months but struggling to stay on track currently.”

“It's a good and very effective programme. Personally, I find the shakes much too sweet so I go for the savoury options. The soups and noodle dishes are okay but my advice would be to go for the more expensive but much nicer non dried packets. The beef with red wine and lentils is really good.”

“Flavours are good. My fave is Latte, which I have every day instead of a mind-bending coffee! Shake that Weight is efficient, affordable and great to keep a few in the cupboard even when you have reached your goal weight - I always feel energised after a shake, rather than carbs!”
