“Super products that are tasty and help you lose weight. The shakes are so creamy even with just water and with some crushed ice are even more delicious. The meal replacement bars are convenient and do fill you up. I would definitely recommend trying a few different products to find what suits you.”

“VLCD diets fail miserably on the taste of meal replacements, not so with Shake That Weight, so far I’ve found very tasty enjoyable filling meals, my family even like the smell of the meal when i sit at the dinning table.”

“Just started with these meals after the previous company I was using closed. I have lost a lot of weight but still have a long way to go so hopefully the change will be helpful. The meals seem good and are quite tasty but the calories are really low so looking forward to a good weight loss”

“The shakes are really tasty and filling. I have rarely felt hungry. My favourites are caramel and cafe latte. I use the premium meals. Again tasty and filling when a side of cabbage or other non root veg added. Enjoying my weightloss journey.”

“Actually iam shocked the packets of dried food and shakes do keep you filled. You also need to want to do a radical diet like this, make sure to drink lots of water as I’ve developed a thirst.”

“Found Shake That Weight while searching the Internet, so glad I did. The products are ecxellent and half the the price of another well known slimming company. Support is very Google with queries answered swiftly. The Facebook support group I also excellent.”

“I like the chocolate bars. The meals are ok. But I miss my vegetables. And not that keen on the milk shakes. But for a quick weight reduction it is excellent. I lost 6 lbs in a week.”

“I absolutely love the shakes, they really are delicious and I only ever mix them with water and ice. I always have two sachets at once for lunch and a low carb dinner, taking my kcal count to 800 ish a day. In my first week I lost 5lb so it’s doing the trick, also I have stayed in ketosis for 4-5 days so it’s working. My only gripe is that they are quite high in sugar and as I’m hoping to reverse my type 2 diabetes, this is concerning me a little.”
