“I have lost just over 2st in 3 months using the shakes as 2 meal replacements per day. Really nice shakes and a large choice of flavours. Not struggled at all as I have with previous diets. Would definitely recommend the shakes.”

“I only like the chicken and the vegetable soups, the toffee crisp bars and the vanilla and the hazelnut shakes, so I find difficult to do the full diet. That means weight loss is slower, as I have a 400 calorie meal in the evening. But the shakes and soups do help. I really don’t like any of the ‘meals’ - they’re nothing like food!”

“I only mix with water, not milk. Getting quite adventurous now - I sometimes mix two flavours together (easy as my husband regularly has them) and/or add frozen fruit too. A shot of coffee in the chocolate is lovely too.”

“I had given up and having tried CWP as sole source and put it all back on I was scared of same digestive issues. So glad I braved it! I use 3 products and a 400 calorie meal. So much more sustainable. The bars are nice and the shakes actually dissolve in a shaker. Good flavours hot and cold. Delivery easy and prompt. Hoping for good, steady weight loss.”

“Amazing products. I have tried quite a few of the flavours, my favourite is the Chocolate and it’s so tasty if you heat it up and make it into a hot chocolate. I have lost 9 kg in 5 weeks! Highly recommend!”

“Was recommended these by a friend. Very nice taste and thick (although I like to add more liquid). Brilliantly, not only did they completely fill me up, I didn't think about food at all.”
