“Very easy to follow diet. The food items are actually tasty (my sons tend to steal my spaghetti packs for breakfast 😁). I had to boys and put on alot of weight. Since starting this diet 5 months ago, I have lost 4 plus stones. It works around my day to day busy lifestyle, and easily adapted to fit any schedule.”

“I follow a keto diet and one of the things I miss are crisps. I tried the diet protein crisps a few different flavours. I so far have tried the cheese and onion and the cheese tortilla style crisp and both have been tasty and a fantastic lower carb option. I would definitely buy them again.”

“My daughter and I have used the shakes for a few years now with huge success. My daughter in law has recently started using them and is also delighted. The shakes used in conjunction with a normal meal once a day make weight loss easy and we all feel better being on the shakes. I have diabetes type 2 and my sugar levels are now brilliant also my cholesterol has come down from 2.6 to 1.9. Normal is 2 or below. My husband is type 2 diabetic and has ulcerative colitis with severe symptoms. He has started having a shake a day as well as normal meals and is already feeling the benefit. Fantastic product we love all the flavours. Favs are banana, strawberry and latte thank you thank you thank you”
