“I love the shakes and some of the bars. I find the diet easy to use and I have a shake and a bar a day and a healthy meal.”

“I love the strawberry, mint chocolate and banana shakes. My favourite snacks are the wafers! And my favourite pastas are the beef chilli noodles and the carbonara. I love these products, it’s my motivation that sometimes lacks! I lost 2 stone doing this diet (the 400 cal meal plus walking just 5000 steps 5 times a week) and I lost 2 stone in just over 2 months. I know if I put my mind to it I can do it again!”

“I can honestly say that after trying these shakes that I have not felt hungry at all. I would definitely recommend these products and have recently put in a second order. I have been on the VLCD of 4 shakes a day for 1 week which gave a boost to my diet that I needed and I am now going to continue with 3 shakes a day and a low calorie meal in the evening. I would definitely choose these products over Lighter Life as they give the same results but are 50% cheaper.”

“The shakes are really creamy and tasty, likewise the soups. The main meals don’t look appetizing and are a bit gooey but taste better than they look. For me… the bars are a bit too rich.”

“Not sure yet I ordered 2 weeks of the standard pack and after 1 week I have lost only half a pound How is that even possible ? I haven’t cheated I have stuck to 3 items a day every day Except 1 day when I added a two egg omelette I am also drinking circa 1 to 2 litres of water a day which is v challenging I also ran 3 runs of circa 3 to 4 mikes each and did 3 Pilates classes. I’m starving and frustrated”
