“The only diet I have found that works for me Meal replacement shakes and bars are lovely and I can’t believe how creamy the shakes are considering there made with water! Always filled up after And then I have just a calorie controlled meal for dinner Works for me losing 2-3 pound per week!”

“This is a meal replacement where many of the products actually taste nice. There is one that leaves a nasty aftertaste in my opinion. More of that later. I chanced upon the website whilst looking for a meal replacement regime. It was the range of different products and great feedback that lead me to take a leap of faith after having tried the sampler pack. I ordered the 6 week pack, to benefit from the biggest savings. Having now tried about 80% of their products I can honestly say they have done a fantastic job. The shakes are amazingly 'moreish' and delicious. Everything else I have tried are really very good. The only two products I have tried that I wont be ordering again are, the breakfast eggs and Vanilla pudding. The latter leaves a really horrible after taste whilst the breakfast egg are not very fulfilling and pretty flavourless. I've been following the 6 week man with a meal for 2 weeks now and have lost 10lbs. With much smaller portions and almost carb free, the weight just falls off. I can't recommend Shakethatweight highly enough. Delivery really is next day. The cost is quite high but for me at least, absolutely worth it. I found the website a bit of a dogs dinner at first. I spent ages trying to find how to buy the products. The other problem with the website is I am unable to save my weight AND leave a comment. I contacted the team but the reply was unsatisfactory so I am still unable to leave both. On another occasion I had an issues with the website and the response I got was 'read the FAQ's'. Not very helpful really and that issue remains unresolved as well. All in all I am on track to get to my target weight thanks to these fantastic products and following the Man with a meal programme. I highly recommend it. (PS Will power is needed) Thank you Shakethatweight!”

“I had high hopes for this diet the food all sound tasty Unfortunately it's not been pleasant experience Everything ive tried is horrible the snack bars just taste and smell of protein bars and the dinners are just basic using thigh not breast in the chicken is cheap and I had to pick at it to find any good bits. Choc Orange Shake only one which is edible Never again”

“To be honest was really disappointed. In the pictures the soups show a nice full bowl of soup. I made the amount and it barely covered the bottom. The soups and main courses are really tasteless and chalky. The bars were nice and so were the shakes but the powered meals were really not good.”
